Brayden showed up at the beginning of our appt slot and was very helpful in explaining the current state of my system and what I should realistically expect for the future. 100% helpful snd No BS! I’ll definitely be using them for when it’s time to replace heating and AC.

Zach came out on Sunday within 2 hours notice and helped me get my thermostat going to run my heat that shut off during the night. Very knowledgeable and understanding and would absolutely recommend to fix any hvac issue.

Brayden, Mason, and Austin were all great. They came when they said they would, laid out our options, and got our AC back up and running with a new unit as soon as possible. The temporary portable units they provided were also greatly appreciated as we waited for the install.

Our air conditioning unit quit blowing due to a bad motor, on the furnace. After calling multiple companies & being told the whole furnace needed to be replaced (quote $4200) we tried Utah's Best Home Pros. I told them I needed it fixed as soon as possible (mostly for my mother who was put on hospice yesterday) and was given approximately a 3 hour wait. In less than 30 mins I received a msg from Nigel saying he was on his way. He checked it and the furnace did not need to be replaced just fixed. An hour and a half later we finally have air again. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you Nigel and Dawn for the prompt service, kindness & caring you gave us. I would give 10 stars if possible!! Zach was awesome. He came in on a Saturday and fixed a loose coil we had on our AC unit. He was very thorough, professional, and very friendly! Definitely recommend!

Dane and Jake were my technicians and they were incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated. They spent an extra 6 hours to solve a problem that arose and communicated the whole time. Very impressed!

Zach, came to look at our air conditioner. He was so professional using shoe covers. He also was very knowledgeable and quick. Ended up being a blown fuse. He had us up and going in a very short time! Thanks for great service!
