Jordan, Braden, Isaac, and Tavis did an incredible job running additional vents in our basement, installing a new furnace and AC unit, and adding efficiencies across our utility room with updated ducting for our drier vents.

10/10 would recommend this crew for the hard work they put in, attention to detail they provided, and overall job they did.

Zack was our technician and came to see why or AC was not working. Throughout his time here, Zack was extremely professional and up front and honest. When the issue was discovered, Zack informed me of the problem along with the solutions. I did not feel like I was being hustled or taken advantage of. Zack explained the issue to me so I was aware of the maintenance that was preformed. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently.
Zack was so professional that I asked for his card so that I could request him personally if we ever needed service again.

Thanks a bunch Zack! I didn’t know how to pick the service that was provided. How do you really say that you came in to fix my heater but found out my AC was running and my pipes were freezing? After some great recommendations and friendly conversation, Zack was able to pin point the problem and set an ongoing plan to be completely up and running. Make sure to tell Chris that you’re gonna be expecting a raise soon. Thank you for bringing warmth to my home!

Mark did an outstanding job fixing our breaker panel. What stand out most about Mark was his ability to connect with his customers by making them laugh and just enjoying his present.

Daren came twice to my home this week. First he did a plumbing evaluation. Second he came to make some repairs. Both times I was so impressed with how courteous he is. Shoes covered, mask on, on time, and he explains carefully all the work he does. He lets me feel safe about his coming to my home—and confident that the work is done well!

Zack was awesome and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully explain what the unit currently needs to function safely and what it needs going forward, being an aging unit.

Super happy with the service so I signed up for future maintenance and will be going over future options with the wife.

Rob and Blake were absolutely amazing they worked with my hectic schedule and found the time to get everything fixed that I need 10/10 will use them again and recommend to friends

I've worked with several different technicians on our furnace, water heater, and electrical. They have the best prices and friendliest techs. They have always been punctual and work quickly. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had just moved into our home and realized our AC wasn’t working in the middle of the summer. 🥵 Utah’s best had their technician, Zack, come out and we were very pleased. We had a young person named Cole come clean our vents and ducts this week. They arrived earlier than we were told that they could come but they had called and asked if that was okay. Sure thing! They were very knowledgeable, told us flat out what our options were and what we would be paying for each option. They were able to do the cleaning that day and went right to work!

They were here almost the entire day, from about 10 in the morning till 5:30, working diligently and making sure to pick up any messes that they might have made. I was super impressed with their politeness and kindness with both my children asking questions and puppy running around. There's a lot going on at my house! They even were able to help me locate my young nephew who I was frantically trying to find, and had hidden from me.

Cole, worked hard and got our vents done well, even when it was a bigger and more complicated job than they had originally thought, and did not charge us more than the price they had originally quoted us.

We are very impressed with this company and their employee Cole and would recommend them to anyone needing similar services!

I called Utah’s Best Pro for an air conditioning quote. Chris came out and looked over my house, asked me questions about my needs and what I was looking for. I was given a great quote and followed through with it. They came out the same week and had my house taken care of and running by 6 that night. Ryan and Justin were great!! Professional, polite, kept me update on what they were doing the entire time. They cleaned up and left the area prefect. My entire experience with Utah’s Best Pro was smooth and prefect!

Zack did a great job. Our thermostat was on the fritz and he helped diagnose and trouble shoot solutions. He also caught some problems with our heaters that weren't up to code. I felt that he was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

We had the tech out a few times to help us figure out some unique light fixture challenges, they were patient with our needs & offered solutions. Transparent & fair with pricing. We had Teasha Tyler out today to look at and tune up out furnace. She did an amazing job! She gave us quotes on work we may want done as well as several tips on getting the most out of our older furnace. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.
