Old School to the rescue! Our water heater broke. One of the big box companies was going to charge us $2000 for a new one installed. Old School not only had a lower and faster bid - but came out and made a few calls to discover our water heater was still under warranty! That's what I want in a company - honesty and integrity - and saving me money. :) Installation went great - very professional! Came exactly when he said he would. Old School will now be our go-to company for any plumbing needs!

Nate came out to our place after some pretty major water damage and let us know what the problems was and how he could get repaired. He got to our home 30 minutes before the estimate arrival time which was amazing because we were super stressed right before Christmas. He fixed the leaks so fast that he was done and gone before we knew it .
Thank you Nate for the amazing job you did and we will see you Thursday for some new installs. We are happy to say we have a amazing, reliable and affordable new plumbing company.

It's crazy to me how good these guys are!! These guys are literally amazing!! They charged us not even half of what another company quoted us for the same project!! They are super honest, on time and very effective with what they do. He fit us into his schedule the week we called them and he did part of the job the day he came out to give us a quote!! Which is so cool and amazing!! They are so honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and were very professional, fast and very good at what they do. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Needed a hot water heater replaced and called Kim at Old School Plumbing. Kim was great.. I was a little frazzled with the unexpected plumbing issue and he was patient, honest and gave me a couple temporary options and got us in to schedule fast! Very flexible and communication was amazing. Price quoted for repairs was exactly what I ended up paying..... Nice guy and highly recommended for your plumbing needs. We had a great experience with Old School Plumbing. I spoke with Nate on the phone and he explained options on our issue. Kim came out and completed the repairs. He arrived on time, even a little early, and worked quickly to resolve our problems. Also, they are very fair on pricing! We will call them again!

Essentially had a handshake deal to replace all our galvanized piping to pex in my home. These guys came for a faucet repair months before (great job, fair price, good suggestion in faucet equipment) and when I asked for a piping replacement bid while they were here they obliged and wrote a 1 liner on bottom of my faucet receipt. 4-6 months later I called and indicated I'd like to do it. (It was a good price). They honored it straight up, came on the dates they said they would from that initial call, were detailed and thorough in the work and were *spot on* with everything we spoke about, and most of which which was not in the written bid. They even went to the extra detail of doing what they would have done if were their home, without extra charge. They promptly completed the work, were clean, courteous, communicative and prompt. **These are the kinds of folks who deserve to be successful and referred.**

The best plumbing experience ever. We have used Old School Plumbing for many years. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable & reasonable. Great service. They replaced a water heater, a leaking valve & other plumbing issues.

After going through these gentlemen I would struggle to go with anyone else. So quick and efficient. Masters of their craft and are comfortable getting dirty. They found my issues immediately and took care of that and more for more than a reasonable price. Very down to earth and friendly to work with as well. I recommend to everyone that has any issues plumbing related.

Old school plumbing is amazing! We had a number of issues I just didn't have the skill to fix on my own (main water shutoff, washing machine spigot, and drier gas line). He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone (way lower than most in the area, and lower than my out of town plumber cousin expected from a good salt lake plumber) came out within the week, did a better/nicer job than I expected and charged less than quoted because it wad a little less complex than he expected. They did such a fantastic job, very low rate, and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about Kim and Old School Plumbing. Have had them out a number of times over the past 4 years, mostly for installing new faucets, etc. Recently they put in a new water heater at our house and got the job done quickly and well. Every experience has been positive. They work efficiently and do a great job at a very fair price. I highly recommend!!

Sought ARP's assistance for a burst water main. ARP responded very promptly, set up a temporary bypass so that my aunt could get water during the repair and did a great job with the repair. Very reasonable pricing.

The house's main water line was leaking. Our water bill was through the roof. I called three different contractors. One guy looked at the house and commented, "I've never seen anything like this before." Jay from ARP didn't even flinch. He looked at everything and even insisted on blue-stakes markings before he gave his quote. It was well below the others and he fit us into his schedule in just a few days. His crew had all the right equipment and did the job in just a few hours with very minimal disturbance to our shrubs and lawn. I couldn't believe it. Jay and his crew are my heroes -- especially after receiving the next water bill!

Edit - They reached out a few hours later but we had already found someone else.

We need a plumber for some work in the next few days. I called to see if they offer what we need and have availability. The lady on the phone wouldn't answer any of my questions.. She just kept asking for more and more personal information - name, email, phone number, address, zip code, etc. I needed to know if they even offer this service and if they have availability in the timeline I need. I mentioned three times I needed to know this, but she didn't even acknowledge I spoke and responded with "ok and what's your [more personal information]?" After a painful 5 minutes of this I got frustrated and asked if she was going to answer any of my questions. She said she needed my information so they could call me back within 24 hrs. I will be calling someone else. I understand if she can't answer all my questions but she can at least acknowledge that I'm speaking and explain what is going on. I honestly didn't even know if I had the right number.

Got in over my head with a DIY faucet installation. Ended up having to cut water for over a day. ARP was able to come out same day and remedy my issue. Professional and good quality work!
