These employees try to chase and hit motorcyclists in their work vehicles. Absolutely psychotic behavior.

DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY ON YOUR PROPERTY THEY ARE CONTRACTED THROUGH COX IF YOU SEE THEM CALL COX AMD TELL THEM YOU WANT ANOTHER COMPANY THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY THEN REFUSE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Some of their drivers shouldn't have a License. Blowing thru red lights like they dont apply to them.

This company will not provide us with a Verification of Employment so that the Employee can obtain a home loan. Very poor service. Over a week in trying to obtain this, leaving voice mails in a number of different voice mail boxes, talking to a number of different people, this is a very frustrating process and the Home Buyer is being effected. There has to be some sort of violation with this.

While on site to excavate my neighbor's yard, the crew from V W Dig damaged my block wall and paver driveway. When the crew's foreman was confronted about the damage he said "it was like that already". I assured him it was not. I then took pictures to document the damage when the foreman became hostile and argumentative.

Crew was very disrespectful of my property. If you have a choice, select other, more reputable, contractors to represent your company or to work on your property.

Would be great if their drivers in their Chevy trucks would not do 35-40mph through our neighborhood and also not toss their cigarettes onto the street.

BEWARE, don't let this company on your property. Subcontracted by southwest gas to perform line work in neighbors yard. Totally destroyed plants and landscaping in my yard, stole rock from my yard and said it's not there problem to fix everything they destroyed! Will be filings claims with the BBB and Surprise PD.

Driver was on freeway shining bright at everyone speeding about 90 mph through traffic. Your driver is reckless. It was coming from Tucson Arizona headed up to Phoenix. Look to be in a white pick up truck with a Ladder rack on it with your VW Connect logo. You need to tell your drivers that if they’re on the road with the name and number on the side of the vehicle that they’re gonna be called out about it. Looking through your reviews, it looks like this has happened multiple times from different people either somebody needs to be fired or management needs a change.

Driver of a large truck #8853 decided to be in a hurry this morning (3/11/2025) and make a fast right turn at an intersection even though I was driving a large motorhome in the adjacent lane through that intersection. He failed to secure the tool cage when he left his job and threw his tools and a large conduit pipe off the truck into my path. Tried to avoid running over them but he whipped out so fast I didnt have a chance. I will be contacting you if there is damage to my RV. Maybe somebody ought to look at these reviews, lot of bad drivers with this company apparently.

If I could give zero stars to VW Connect, I would. Their technician, Bryan, came for warranty work and managed to leave two breakers off. The most frustrating part? The picture they sent me as "proof" of their work clearly shows the breakers in the OFF position.

When I pointed this out, Bryan was dismissive and condescending, basically telling me it wasn't his problem and blaming my original electrician with a text saying, "all i did was adjust breakers to side to fit deadfront around them (something your electrician could have done) and added a deadfront screw (something your electrician lost) I did not remove the deadfront or do anything that would cause that. if there is a glitch somewhere, the electrician is going to have to check his wiring."

So, not only did their tech mess up, but he then tried to gaslight me about it, even with photographic evidence to the contrary. I had to interrupt my workday and go home to fix their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. Look elsewhere for electrical work.

Today, at 12:28 PM in Litchfield Park off of Camelback and Jackrabbit Road, I witnessed a truck driving recklessly. The driver blew through a stop sign with complete disregard for traffic rules. It doesn't matter if you're carrying equipment or not, you do not have the right of way. This kind of behavior is exactly how accidents happen. The driver needs to pay much more attention to the road and follow traffic regulations to ensure everyone's safety.

Best company in the Valley, keen sense of customer service. Always striving to innovate and move the needle in bringing better faster service. Their staff is professional and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good!!!

I’ve had several electrical issues in the past, and La Ported Electrician is the best company I’ve worked with. They’re always on time and do quality work.

My home's electrical issue was expertly resolved by the polite and knowledgeable electrician. Their professionalism and commitment to making sure everything was in excellent operating order really pleased me.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I was told it would be $199 for the tech to go onsite and provide a quote. Once the tech was there he told me it would be an additional $700 JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE. $1000 for an ESTIMATE!!!! I have been calling asking for a refund since I told the technician absolutely not (they make you prepay for the estimate also by the way). I've called twice for a refund, was told a request was submitted (twice) and I have yet to receive a phone call or refund. This is a TERRIBLE company. For work, I call vendors for hundreds of properties around the US and I have NEVER had this type of prepay awful experience. DO NOT USE THEM. You've been warned.

We used Fernando for that his name shown on the list of local handyman info shared among Chinese community in Bergan County NJ. Besides electrical repair he also asked for the painting work. We had good impression on him at first as he used his cellphone to play this really loud Mexican music while he was doing his work which made us thought that he must love his life and work. However, the painting he's done in our closet started peeling off the same day; also, the new light installed by him in our bathroom kept flickering later until finally turned off. Since then came the nightmare of contacting him. Texted me that he would come to fix but never showed up nor answered my phone, and wasted my time waiting for him for a larger part of a day. Then one excuse after another until no reply at all.
Based on my experience working with Fernando at least means no warranty of the work he's done at all. I hate to say it, but definitely will not work with him again nor recommend him to anyone.
