Absolutely the best company to work with! We needed a house cleaned out after a death, and I called ServiceMaster, and they came that day to look at it (Rob Ruby was the so professional and helpful), gave us a price and started the next business day. They had a crew of guys that took care of everything, and worked from the back of the house so that no one saw that the house was being cleaned out. If I had any questions, I called their office and Jamie Phillips was right on it. Answered questions, and if she needed to get back to me, she did, right away. Rob, ken and their team were very helpful. They came in and communicated well set my expectations and delivered. Hopefully I never need this again but if I do or when in doubt I’ll call rob out.

Very positive experience with the ServiceMaster crew of Rob, Scott and Garrett. Great communication and very polite and respectful. While I hope I don’t have another incident at the house that will require ServiceMaster, it’s good to know the quality of service and people that they provide. I would t use anyone else.

With some ceiling water damage resulting from a pipe that decided to leak, ServiceMaster was called in. ServiceMaster was very prompt in assessing the damage and preparing it for restoration by Elite Construction. Communications were timely and clear. Despite our job being relatively small, there was no diminishing in the quality of ServiceMaster's care of and communication with us. Top Drawer.

Corey was phenomenal in every respect. He was communicative, informative, personable and genuinely kind. He was able to take care of what needed to be done in a very efficient manner. Main drain line in house clogged. Sewage backed up. Dispatcher was efficient, kept us informed of TOA and price estimate. Technician David (Kentucky) called before arriving on time, was polite and professional. Successfully completed the job quickly (on a Saturday night!) and was very personable. Very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend RR to others. I think this was a Burlington/South Burlington Vt. based shop. Thanks!

Dave was so kind and helpful. He confidently knew what was going on and fixed it quickly! We will definitely be calling them first next time we have an issue to get the problem fixed. They were able to fit us in asap, 10 out of 10 recommend! :)

This was the second time that Corey the technician was able to come to our house – he was extraordinarily helpful, very thorough and professional, let me know exactly what he was doing and did an amazing job – I highly recommend him and the services that he provides with Roto-Rooter!

We were able to get same-day service for a clogged kitchen sink, and they even were ahead of schedule so they called and came earlier which was great. Dave (Kentucky) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the pipes cleared in under an hour. He also gave some tips on using a garbage disposal and how to prevent clogs in the future. The price is hefty ($395 for the first hour + $75 travel fee) but worth it for quality, same-day service.

Dennis was highly responsive and professional in his communication and he lead me to a low cost alternative that I believe in.

Used Dennis twice. 1st was to repair a shabby job by another plumber and 2nd was to replace a water heater. He was fast, fair and friendly. Great work.
