EZ Contracting Group just completed our bathroom renovation in August. They took out the jacuzzi tub and expanded the 3-foot shower to 5 feet. Basically gutted the bathroom: new flooring, all new tile, installed new vanity and inset medicine cabinets, new exhaust fan; they removed the dropped ceiling above the old shower, added the new shower wall, moved plumbing, added and re-located electrical (lights, switches, outlets), and handled the county inspections. From demo to cleanup, all completed in less than two weeks. They showed up on time in the morning (8AM) and worked until 5:00 with an hour for lunch. Respectful, communicative, and professional. They only contract one job at a time, so will not leave your project hanging. Call John and have him give you an estimate. Strongly recommend.

We'd like to share our fantastic experience with John Ho and EZ Contracting! What started out as a bathroom remodel turned into a major renovation once we saw the dedication, hard work, and craftsmanship of EZ Contracting. On the first day they showed up when expected and treated our home like their own. They protected the floors with tarps, set up electric tools outside, and even put up with our bossy little dog who was 'supervising' the whole time. Each day they left the project as tidy as possible so we weren't left with exposed electrical wires or other hazards. The expert tile work is truly amazing and is the centerpiece of the new bathroom! We also had them tear out some old tile in the entry way and they perfectly matched hardwood to the existing floor, which was then sanded and refinished with an updated stain, showing no signs of the old tile. Two new exterior doors were replaced, all upstairs walls were expertly repainted, and 10 recessed lights were installed in the living room and dining room to make it look like a new, beautiful home! Every detail was covered, every inch and corner was perfect, the work truly exceeded our expectations! Mr. Ho was a pleasure to work with, having years of experience in this area he was able to offer helpful suggestions and provided us with ideas throughout the process. We would highly recommend EZ Contracting for all your remodeling needs and would happily hire them again for future projects!

I have a referral from a friend and contacted Eric. He responded very quick after I contacted him via website. However, I didn’t receive any quote for my bathroom renovation. Not sure if he thinks our project is small and just kinda ignored us. Kind of disappointed about their professionalism. I don’t mind if he declined when he came to estimate instead of letting us waiting.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding my condo after extensive water damage. The work was beautiful and Eric was a huge help in dealing with the insurance. He also stayed late to help me unpack one evening so I wasn’t alone as a young woman with a stranger who was assembling my furniture! Eric and his team were professional and kind. Would absolutely recommend!

Eric, Russell and their team installed a new HVAC system in our house, put in new air ducts and removed our old radiator and floor board heating units. They finished the work on schedule and Eric was extremely responsive throughout the process. They even added recessed lighting in our basement as a bonus. They replaced our hot water heater on very short notice, which was a huge relief. We had a great experience with Acacia and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

I had an incredible experience with Eric and Acacia. He got us a quote very quickly, and went back and forth with us on design. His team did the work quickly — they finished ahead of schedule — and everything was very high quality. (Eric actually made a couple of investments that we didn’t ask for, at no cost, because he wanted it to be perfect. We thought it already was!) I can’t recommend Acacia highly enough.

Definitely not your typical general contracting business—a cut way above what we’ve generally experienced. Eric and his team were phenomenal from the start. We had quite a few concerns due to the amount of fire damage and the response was, “don’t worry about any of that, we’ll take care of it.” And they did! Workers at 100 W Nelson Ave were loud & obnoxious. In addition, they blasted music, violating the noise code. They were disturbing the entire neighborhood.
