I just used Expert Handyman for drywall repair, painting the interior of my condo, and replacing a toilet. Their staff was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The estimate/scheduling/billing team was amazing. The team that did the work in my unit was on time on day 1, finished the work early without a single issue, and the final cost was right below the estimate. My unit looks brand new!

Needed a quick drywall repair for my house. They were quite responsive and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Repairman who came was very pleasant, polite, and considerate, however, can't recommend company due to rather exorbitant pricing. In our case received a $320 estimate to enlarge a pre-existing plumbing/electric access door in a closet. Thought that was at least $70 over reasonable price but decided to proceed anyway. Materials were essentially 2x2' section of plywood sheet, two hinges, a $1.00 hook and eye latch, and four pieces of wood to frame edges of plywood board (no painting). Final bill came in over $360.00 (over the already high estimate). I ended up throwing their latch away and replacing with my own $5 spring loaded latch which had to be mounted at bottom corner because board/door was too warped. I could have done this myself with $50 in materials in about 90 minutes max. Lesson learned. I advise shopping around for a more reasonable quote if you get an estimate from this company.

I can't say enough about my experiences with Expert Handyman. Not only was the finished product beyond expectations, but the caliber of professionalism was top notch. Even during an international pandemic, my work was done on schedule and on budget. Expert Handyman had us, their client, top of mind from start to finish. Floors, paint, bathrooms. You name it, we did it. Can't wait to go back for our kitchen!

Awesome service! Ask for William if you need tile work done! I recently got the shower valve in my bath upgraded and it required removing 9 tiles around the handle leaving a gaping hole in the wall. William was able to get the tiles re-installed with the new handle and you wouldn’t even be able to tell there had been a hole there. If you need a handyman, call Expert Handyman. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Job done very fast which is all we cared about. It did end up costing twice what we expected due to mission creep and needing different paint (he had to go buy) but we needed it done fast for prepping for fast home sale. Grout/caulk fixes in shower and spackle/touch up a wall hole.

Expert Handyman is a wonderful group to work with! They responded to my request for estimate faster than the other three businesses I reached out to and were equally fast in generating and sending an estimate for the work. The technician, Jesus, arrived on time, was extremely pleasant, gave clear feedback on what needed to be done in my bathroom, and didn't hesitate to do the work in my basement even though we realized it was more complicated and would take longer than we thought. I'm so happy I chose them to work with, will continue to reach out to them in the future, and will give my neighbors their contact information for any work they may need in the future.

Had some people come out to paint my back deck that hasn’t been painted in over a decade. The contractors were extremely professional and were done in an afternoon! The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Not a single spot was missing either above or under the deck and it had such a nice, fresh coat on it afterwards. Very happy!

We did a fairly large textured ceiling removal and painting in our entryway, and Robert, Isaac, Oscar, and team did an excellent job. We're thrilled with how it turned out and with their communication throughout the process.

The tile installation, waterproofing, and plumbing work were carried out with great care. The long-standing water leakage problem we had has been completely resolved. The tiles were laid evenly and symmetrically, with smooth grout lines. High-quality materials were used for the waterproofing, and the team explained each step during the process, which gave us confidence. Expert Handyman did a wonderful job in a long-overdue remodel of my townhouse style condo. In a nutshell, I had the main level updated with fresh paint and crown moulding - what a difference! In the lower level/family room, they removed a very old ceiling with glued on tiles and replaced that with new drywall and recessed lighting - what a difference - I can actually see down there now! Lastly, was the lower level Neo-angle shower remodel - major difference!

Expert Handyman's management team really helped me to hone in on the work to be done and provided valuable recommendations. Estimates and final billing were accurate.

Carlos and his team were assigned the project and worked steadily and very thoroughly over the better part of two weeks. The photos don't do justice to the work these craftsmen accomplished. They made every effort to keep me informed of progress and upcoming phases of the work. They were respectful of my home and polite. And, during this time of COVID, they took care to mask-up and maintain distancing when appropriate.

I would encourage you to give Expert Handyman the opportunity to see what they can do for you. Now that this work is out of the way, I may have more for them to do - in this home and a rental property.

Anwar is top notch A++++++ great quality work, highly professional, and really cares about people. He did the tile in my shower cabin, repaired a leak from my bathtub, replaced my main waterline, stained my outside wooden deck and with very short notice stopped by at night to repair my leaky toilet.
I highly recommend Anwar. He does great quality work at a reasonable price.
