I reached out during COVID June 2020 and asked this company to provide cleaning services. Everything went great. She was on time, professional, came with equipment, and made it look like new and my aunt was able to sublease our old rental property as we moved into our new home.

The downside is when I attempted to book her again a couple of months later she told me she doesn’t serve my area which was devastating. She said she didn’t serve the area where I lived but interesting enough, the old place she cleaned and the new place I wanted the service was the same distance or less, so I knew her decision to say she didn’t serve my area was bologna. It made me feel as if she only accepted the job because clientele was slow during the beginning of COVID (which I’m greatful for the sacrifice she made traveling to me) but it’s always been hard to find a reliable cleaning service and I just wish I had known up front that she was making an exception and didn’t serve my area at all.

UPDATE: April 8, 2023. Originally I placed a 3 star review because as I mentioned the service was great, however the owner was not happy with my 3 star review and decided to try and bully me to take it down by posting it on her business profile and sharing with other consumers on instagram. Several people had to comment under it and express the level of unprofessionalism and finally she decided to take it down.

M & D Cleaning Services does a really great job. They make sure they get every corner cleaned which has been an issue for me with other cleaners. I will definitely be using them again.
