Douglas did a very thorough job on my couch, area rug, stairs, and high traffic carpet areas. He was professional, friendly, attentive, conscientious, and the service was a great value. I would definitely recommend!

I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly using the online form. The prices were very reasonable and they arrived on time, which I appreciated greatly. Douglas was friendly and professional and explained everything they were going to do. The service was relatively quick and Douglas gave me tips afterward on how to keep my furniture clean. 5 stars and 10/10 I would recommend and use service again!

Douglas was amazing!!! He was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning didn’t take much time. My carpet was in such bad shape before the cleaning (years of heavy use and cat vomit in maybe 10 spots) so I thought about getting new carpet, but am so happy I didn’t and went with Shiny carpet cleaning because Douglas made it look as good as new! I’ll definitely be using the service again.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet when we moved out of our apartment! They even managed to get rid of an old stain that had been there from the last tenant! Their price was also very good for the area.

I had the most amazing experience with SHINY & I received THEE BEST service from their representative named Douglas Rodriquez.
Not only was his communication on ETA excellent, but he was friendly, professional, reassuring, & respectful - everything one would hope for in what has become a rare phenomenon - good old-fashioned customer service! My light bedroom carpet had gotten stained with dirt & boot tracks & Douglas made it look like new.
He also power-washed my front walkways & washed away all of the dirt, grime, kitty litter, & de-icing salts.
Douglas is such a delightful man who clearly has pride in his work & making customers happy.

I hired DC Metro Cleaning Services for my home in Arlington, and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, punctual, and left my house spotless. It's hard to find reliable cleaners in the NOVA area, but I was really impressed with their attention to detail. Highly recommend!

When we bought our home, the carpets were in complete disrepair. They had large bumps throughout them, were stained, and had many dents in it. Overall, the carpets probably hadn't seen a professional cleaning in their lifetime. This company did a fantastic job and now our carpets looks brand new! The company stretched the carpets back into place, removed all stains and dents, as well as did a general cleaning. We will certainly use this company again in the future. Lastly, the price was fair and was only $300 for all of this work in comparison to the $3-5K+ it would take to replace our carpet. Thank you!

The company gave me a call after seeing my review and sent someone else out again for another cleaning ON THEM. The second cleaning did the trick because my area rug looked noticeably different. See? The customer service is really quite wonderful, just as I stated in my original review. I hope this was helpful! I would update my stars to a FULL 4 STARS ****

The customer service was great (hence my 3 stars) and they were able to get out the pet urine stain from one of my area rugs but unfortunately, the rugs still look the same overall. I don’t think the cleaning helped much in the removal of dirt stains.

I had PRC out to clean an area rug and my couch and they did a great job. Good communication and took much less than time an anticipated. The price is also very reasonable and competitive with other local cleaners. I will definitely be using them again!
