A completely dishonest company. Lies from the technician on up to the "director of operations" - left a tenant without AC in the heat of summer because they made no effort to provide acceptable customer service and provide an invoice that could be paid while the technician was in the home. Charge a $139 service fee that doesn't get rolled into the cost of any additional work. Charge a $96 fee to "ship" a thermostat that the technician had with him in his vehicle. BEWARE and stay away from this company at all costs. I don't know where the positive reviews came from but I wouldn't trust any of them!

Frosty's did a full replace of our HVAC system, and we couldn't be happier. They were able to get the work done quickly (especially important with the heat, we needed the AC back!) and their price beat the other estimates by a wide margin. The service techs were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions about the work. Most importantly, the next time I need work on the AC or furnace, I'll be calling them again.

Pat Murray came out and diagnosed an issue on my unit with the best possible customer service and attitude. This is the second time he's visited, first time completing maintenance. Each time he has been professional, courteous, and well within schedule. I recommend Frosty's as your first choice over competing vendors and technicians. No one else has provided this level of customer care.
