Our AC unit has been having issues it works but not cool enough. I have been back and forth with let’s say many many ppl from our home warranty company to company’s they’ve sent. Then I asked for a second opinion that was another headache trying to get my warranty to approve which was crazy. Then Marcus came knocking our door from United Air Temp. From the moment he walked in the door he was gracious, professional and gave all my fur babies love.. big point:) then he got to work right away he asked me a question about what the issue was I’m sure he knew when he got to our house why he was there but he wanted to hear it from me which I thought was so considerate. Then Marcus got to work patiently looking through everything while I was hovering like a helicopter 🙈 which I apologized for but Marcus said he doesn’t mind. I was also asking questions to compare notes with prior companies that has been for same issues. Marcus’s attention to detail, Patience looking at things one by one( literally) was so impressive. Today is 90 degrees outside and our home is cooler than it has been the past month talk about timing it’s about to be 90-100 degrees the next week and Marcus saved us from leaving our home. I can keep going how incredibly talented, knowledgeable, professional Marcus is because he’s all that and more I just hope United Air Temp knows how an incredible asset he’s to them. Marcus me and my family thank you so very much!!! 🙏🏽🐶🐶🐶 🐈⬛ 🐈

My Technician was amazing, so sweet and kind. He found an issue with my AC and quickly made phone calls to get troubleshooting tips. He ended up getting me an on call appointment for a repair technician to come out to today to fix my AC! Thank you United Air Temp you staff is wonderful!!!
