We had a handful of small exterior wood repair and paint jobs. Leila provided a cost breakdown for each which allowed us to prioritize the most important items required by the HOA. We will certainly turn to them again to finish the remainder of the work as well as any new work.

It was my first time using Jandres Painting Services (and definitely not my last). I needed a company to power wash and paint my 20+ year old fence on my residential property. Customer service was top-notch from scheduling an on-site estimate, receiving the written estimate, power washing, to painting. Leila, customer service rep, was very responsive and courteous with her communication. The written estimate was very detailed and easy to understand. Luis and his colleague arrived on-time each day of the 2 1/2-day project. They were also very customer-oriented and briefed me on the progress of the work. They are professionals in what they do, and they take great pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!

Had a really bad experience in trying to get some exterior and interior work done as two separate projects, but keep plugging along thinking the experience would get better because of the good reviews. The final straw was when they gave us a date they were available and we worked our schedule around to be available on that date. We then found out that they gave the date to someone else. Even then I communicated to the vendor that we'd be willing to move forward, but just to work with us fairly (again thinking the experience is going to get better and maybe this is just a hiccup). Not only did we not get an apology for the bait and switch on the dates, but I got a long lecture on how everything so far was all our fault. As you can imagine, we did not move forward with this painter and thankfully found someone else (also reviewed) who was just amazing and we've already worked with now on a couple of different projects and are working through scheduling a few more. UPDATE: I just want to provide a response to what this vendor replied with because the gentleman continues to point fingers at us. Yes, he did call, during work hours, so I was not able to pick up the call. However, I did call him back, and fairly quickly, but he had already given our time slot away. Further, to not even acknowledge the call back, and the fact that I called back fairly quickly is in line with what we experienced with him all along. Highly recommend avoiding this business!
