We have used Scott and Mike’s plumbing services several times in the last few years. The first was to diagnose and fix a few leaks after first buying our home. They were able to locate and fix the leaks when others could not. Just this weekend, our Hot Water heater started leaking. They helped us out with getting it fixed as soon as they could at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping us during this tough time!

We woke up on a 17* morning to find busted water lines in our pump house. So we called Scott and Mike's plumbing. They showed up that same day - they were even EARLY! They were in a company vehicle, and were super nice and polite. Fixed our pipes in 30 minutes for a reasonable rate. No upsale or pressure to buy extra services- they just fixed our problem quick and clean! This is a great honest service company. Highly recommended!!!

We had issues with our well the pump wouldn't ho back on when someone left the outside water hose on and drained the well. They came over within an hr of calling them worked on getting it fixed . Very sweet and polite. we've used them twice already and have them on speed dial fir any further problems. highly recommend

It is a real pleasure doing business with scott & mike's plumbing. They understand what real great customer service is and do a great job providing great customer service. They replaced our hot water heater a couple months and today replaced a valve in our well pump. I could not be happier with the work, responsiveness, prices, and friendliness. Great job!

Just a awesome experience. These guys are on point and do the job so well. They know what they are talking about. They asked me a few questions and diagnosed the problem over the phones. Came out and confirmed what we discussed. They adopted a new game plan and upgraded the water pressure. I am so appreciative for the skill level of these guys.

They did an excellent job, very polite guys...but, the price they charge is simply ridiculous for the job done. 45 mins of moving a hot water heater about 5' from one place to another, and hooked it to the existing water line. Charged $400. I've since gotten another plumber and even he said I got screwed. So question their prices before hiring them

Excellent service, very thorough. Our water was out due to a bad well pump- they arrived within the hour and had the pump removed, exchanged, and corrected previous faulty work (not from them) and our water was back on an hour later. Highly recommend!

These guys are OUTSTANDING plumbers. I think the there prices are very reasonable.I had a leaking well inlet to my home and a bunch of leaking valves. They replaced all piping and valves in my mechanical room. Pump pressure switch, new pressure tank, pressure gage. And well pressure setup. I moved the water heater and drained before they arrived. They reinstalled it all. $1200.00 for everything. I won't even call anymore else.

Scott's friendly, professional, and knowledgable experience have helped us with many issues of our aging home. They are skilled at everything from installing faucets to even thoroughly investigating our older gas line. We recommend them thoroughly! The folks ant Plumber on the Way are great. Marty has helped me regularly at my house, most recently just a few weeks ago, and James and Harold helped my business out with an emergency problem related to a gas line today. They are knowledgeable, courteous, extremely efficient, and I’d recommend them for any commercial or residential work.

We have cycled through so many plumbing companies over the years until finding Plumber on the Way. We have been loyal customers for several years now and have always found that they are professional, courteous and honest. Recently, we found LEAD water lines on our property as well as on the public side of the water meter. We called Plumber on the Way and Ed immediately jumped on the problem. He handled reporting it to the City of Richmond and facilitated a prompt replacement that required a coordinated effort between the company and the city. I can't imagine that we would have had such a smooth experience with the city's department of public utilities without his assistance in navigating the issue. Thank you for going the extra mile, Ed!

Thanks to James and Harold for their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. When they arrived and fixed the problem they found it was more detailed than they were told. No problem, fixed that also in no time. Best experience with plumbers ever. They deserve 10 stars!

We have used Plumber On The Way several times. The first couple of times they were AMAZING! With our past two visits, there has been no communication. They show up, work on the issue with no communication, followed by immediately sending an invoice that does not reflect the job finished. It is a bummer because we thought we had found a great company to work with.

I had an excellent experience with my plumbers from Plumber on The Way. They scheduled for the next day and arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job explaining the issue and fixing it. Any plumbing needs, they are my first call!
