Had an issue with the main sewer line and everything was backing up into the house. Our regular plumber wouldn’t touch it and with a recommendation from our Mechanical Contractor gave Plumber on the Way a call. The answered right away, juggled their schedule around to get the plumbers out S soon as possible. They were professional, fast, and got it done! Thank you so much!

They did a great job, replaced 2 outside spigots and repaired a sink drain and toilet. The 2 guys were nice, did great work, cleaned up the work areas and made sure the gates were locked so the dog couldn’t eacape

Marty and Josh came out for an estimate - they were very nice, knowledgeable, and provided the itemized estimate within 2 hours.

I had a leak in my copper tubing system. Plumber on the Way sent Shawn Stayton. Shawn arrived quickly and did a great job for me. I will definitely contact Plumber on the Way when something comes up in the future.

They were contracted through my property manager to come fix a leak in my apartment - which they fixed - but they left the huge ceiling tile in my apartment hanging down, which is obviously a hazard, left the lights on in my apartment and left the door unlocked. When I followed up about the issue, the response I got was that they had trouble putting the ceiling tile back so they left it and "they're plumbers, not carpenters." I didn't appreciate the attitude and the carelessness.

They did some work for my elderly mom, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful they were to my mom throughout the process—it really meant a lot to us. It’s rare these days to find people who not only do excellent work but also treat customers with genuine care. Highly recommend!

The guys were very kind and considerate of our home. Efficient. I’m rating it lower bc they did not put the drain hose back in the drain pipe to our washing machine and when we ran it water poured everywhere in our laundry room - which has wood floors.

This is the 3rd time over the past several years that I have used Plumber On the Way. This time I believe it was Jeff (or John...soeey bad with names!) and Josh that came to fix a leak in a sink. Every time I have used them the plumbers that have come have been courteous and professional and fixed the issue in a timely and fair-priced manner. I will continue to use this company/service.

Oh my god Marty is the man. When our pipes burst this winter he was here same day, he and his apprentice were so kind and helpful, and the work was fast and excellent. Cannot recommend enough and will be going back for any future plumbing needs.

They showed up super fast and diagnosed the problem super fast and got the fix scheduled quickly. Way quicker than I think most plumbers would be able to do. Also the phone person and the plumber very friendly. Probably not the low cost solution.

The repair men who came out were thorough in determining the problem with the water heater and in completing the repair. We have worked with this company several times in the past and they have always been responsive to our needs and provide good work in getting the jobs done. They are reasonable in their cost.

Travis and Reed did a great job. We had a simple issue today but they’ve helped us a bunch in the past too with installing new shower parts. Definitely recommend

Travis Thurston is wonderful. He arrived on time and worked all day to fix leaks under our house. He went above and beyond all our expectations, and we will request him going forward. I can not recommend him highly enough!

On time and professional Travis and Kenny fixed leaky bathroom faucet that 2 plumber from another company could not detect. Price was reasonable; less than the quote from another company. I would definately call Plumber on the Way again. Making an appointment was easy as well -- very professional.

This is my second use in less than 2 weeks and I stand by my previous statements so will use what I wrote before. They came to replace a faucet in my laundry tub this time. Superior service! They were here when they were supposed to be, they were courteous, informed, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, honest, and any other adjective you might think of to describe the exact kind of service you would want. I felt safe with them. Not from a physical safety, although that as well, but from a point of their knowledge and protection of me and my finances. I felt they looked out for me and were not going to try to sell me something I didn’t need and protected me from over charge of labor. If you want a company you can trust and service you can count on, call Plumber on the Way! They are good people.

I recently had a plumbing issue, and POTW came to the rescue! Their responsiveness to my needs and ability to do what they said they would do, was very impressive. Everybody I dealt with was professional and really made me feel like they cared. It is so refreshing to know that there are honest, hard-working people in the trades doing what it takes for their customers!

Great plumbing company. Communicated well and transparent. They were available to come out the next day, took pictures of the work and walked me through the issue and resolution. Will definitely use them again.
