They quickly shared additional information about the city program underway to reduce lead in drinking water by checking homeowners' water pipes. They were able to make a visit the very next day (tacked on to an existing service call nearby) and quickly determined we are lead free! They left an invoice to complete and email that validated their service with no cost to the homeowner. Thanks Plumber on the Way- you are dependable, trustworthy and transparent in your service!

Plumber on the Way provided excellent service, and their cost for replacing my hot water heater with a tankless system was below my other quote. When they learned I was without hot water, they sent a crew the next day, and they even got the inspection completed the same day. I had a man from a HVAC company out who raved over their work in my garage. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and took off their shoes in the house. I highly recommend them.
