  Ken's company finished our basement. The completed work is amazing! Ken has gathered a group of craftsmen who are artists. Their combined work is so beautiful, that our formerly dreary basement is now integrated seamlessly into our home. I cannot praise them enough for their skills. The crown jewel is the new bathroom. It is a masterpiece of master craftsmen. Ken is a pleasure to work with, and the guys are skilled, polite, and respectful of their workspace. Don't bother looking any further, this is the company that you want! Yes, we would love to use their services again and again!

  I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with the team from Elite on an addition to my 115 year old house, which included a new kitchen and bedroom, as well as two bathroom remodels. Ken, Ana, Mike and the entire crew exceeded every expectation I had going into the process. The crew was clean and very respectful of my home. On the days that I was home to see, I was constantly amazed at how hard they all worked. Ana was wonderfully patient as I obsessed over finding the perfect backsplash tile; Ken provided sage advice on all aspects of the project; and Mike, the architect and structural engineer, deserves sainthood for his time commitment to the permitting process. I absolutely love the finished product. I can't thank the whole team enough for their work and I hope to find opportunities to work with them in the future!

  Review for a complete basement renovation, including adding a laundry room and full bath. We previously used Ken and the team at Elite Contractors to build a closet and partition a bedroom after reviewing their stellar reviews on Angie’s List. We were so impressed with their work and value on that project that when it came time for complete reno of our basement, they were already at the top of our list. From start to finish, Ken and his team helped us plan and realize our vision for a new basement to accommodate our growing family. PROS: Ken was extremely responsive and accessible throughout the entire project (rather than being handed off to another member of the company), their pricing was fair, but more importantly, very transparent (read: no hidden fees), the Elite staff was always courteous and professional at our home, and they were able to give us good recommendations when we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but also worked to accommodate our customizations when we did. CONS: They were not able to start as soon as we’d hoped given their other work. However, above all else, they came in ON BUDGET and ON TIME! Highly recommend!!

  We had Elite build us a Sunroom Addition that had a lot of special order materials and unique challenges based on the particular configuration our space. Elite was very professional and did an excellent job on this project, especially their finishing work. Elite worked with multiple vendors and installers to pull everything together for our space. While there were some bumps along the way, as is the case with every construction project, Elite made sure that any problems were addressed quickly and correctly making this one of the best contracting experiences we have had. Our new space is better than we envisioned and has already provided countless hours of enjoyment for our family. Thank you Elite!

  After interviewing numerous contractors, we decided to go with Elite Contractors for our DC bedroom floor addition and bathroom. I was very please with the work ethic of the company and the employees. The organization not only made our dreams of having a bedroom addition come true but they completed all of the work in less than 7 weeks! Even during COVID-19, the workers were very safe. They came in with PPE, were clean and neat and social distanced as much as they could from my family. This was a great experience overall and I will consider Elite for future jobs

  Absolutely top endorsement. I am in the military and got back after being away for three years and needed help remodeling the front of our house taking down an old, dilapidated porch and replacing it with a nice portico. We spoke with three other contractors prior to finding Ken Rahim and Elite Contractors. They either blew us off (Zelaya) or came in way over budget. Ken responded immediately to our call and met with us shortly thereafter. We had a good conversation about what we wanted. He LISTENED closely and came back a few days later with a strong proposal. Ken took care of the permits with Fairfax county and was flexible enough and always available to discuss changes as the project progressed. He was at our house nearly every day checking on how things were going and making sure we were happy with his crew. His crew is the secret to success in my opinion. He hires his own people to do 90% of the work. There is none of the standard having to wait for an electrician or a plumber or the painter or days upon days of down time. Progress was made everyday - it was an awesome feeling. The team was at the house every day by 8 am and worked throughout the day. Orli, the team lead, is a master craftsman and wonderful person. They cleaned up at the end of every day which made us and the neighbors happy. The other key for us and another reason for the 5 star review was Ken's personal involvement and accessibility. He truly wants the job done how you want it done while willing to give you his perspective based off of 20 years in the business. Great overall experience, we highly recommend Elite Contractors and will absolutely rely on Ken and ECS the next time we need work done on our house.
