We have been using Adams Appliance Care for a number of years and Omar has fixed our washing machine, our dryer, our fridge, our oven… and I would never call anybody else: he is that good! And he is super responsive, honest, prompt and very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend him

Great and timely customer service. I had a great experience with Omar, I was having issue with my dryer, called Omar and he immediately put me on his schedule. Omar is friendly and knows his job. I highly recommend Omar for your appliances’ needs.

I called them Sunday night with my emergency and was very happy that someone could come out early Monday morning the following day. My gas range knob would not turn off and the burner was still lit. Mr. Omar came out, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed that my gas knob had rusted and needed to be replaced. He explained to me the part’s cost and that he could order it and it would be here by Friday or Sat. I agreed. The part arrived Friday and He came back that day & put in the part & my gas range is back working. Yay! I am very happy with this service. And I will definitely use them again!

Omar has been a lifesaver! As a first-time homeowner, it's been challenging at times to figure out who to call when issues arise. He’s become my go-to for several problems now. He always answers promptly and, when possible, comes the same day to resolve any maintenance issues I have. Omar is incredibly polite, respectful, and trustworthy—someone you can feel comfortable having in your home. He consistently does excellent work, and I highly recommend him for any maintenance needs!

Upon service the technician was friendly, professional, thorough, and pricing was straightforward and covered in detail. They took the time to explain, repair, and clean my dryer unit. Omar has fixed out dryer twice over the last several years (the first breakdown was 100% user error). He is professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he's doing. He communicates well and has never left us waiting. He charges a very fair rate, and always sends a detailed invoice. I am delighted we found him, and can not recommend his services highly enough.

Omar was such a great technician in helping repair our refrigerator. Super efficient by asking for our model information and issue details prior to arrival -- and then coming equipped with the most likely replacement parts. He attached the high tech diagnostic tools to confirm the hunch and then swiftly replaced the faulty component. He even cleaned out the back-inner-interior for us while he had access as well. All told, in & out in 30 minutes! I will definitely call Omar / Adams again and recommend him to our friends!

Omar had great communication and was able to explain what needed repair.

Initial service call for our Maytag dependable care plus dryer was $80 approx and that went towards total job of approx $320. It took him around an hour for full repair job.

I can’t buy a new dryer for this cost and onr that has lasted 30 plus years!

In summary : My 30 plus year old Maytag dryer needed new ball bearings in the wheels supporting the dryer drum. Loud screeching noise when using.

Took about a week or less for him to get the parts. I wish I had requested he cover the area in front of the dryer to minimize dust on floor etc. I would definitely use him again.

I didn’t feel any salesman like qualities or trying to upsell anything or services. Just the facts. This is always appreciated.

In choosing a repair tech I want competency, fairness, skill and respect. He delivered all of the aforementioned. Thanks

Great repair with my Maytag stove. I am giving an A+.

They where not able to repair my oven because the part is no longer available, and they charged me the $69.99 that was suppose to be used if they were able to fix. BEWARE!!!!!

They fixed my refrigerator quickly and it’s working perfectly now. Friendly and on time.

They lied they said they were an authorized Maytag dealership. I called Maytag ( which is Whirlpool) and they are not. So I cancelled appointment. There were other business practices that I questioned and I definitely say stay away from this company!

Maytag washing machine. They were responsive, diagnosed the problem but had to order the part. Part was shipped the next working day and the machine was repaired. Kept me informed on the progress and the workman's schedule arrival time.

We recently used this company to determine if there was a gas leak in our dryer. They not only sent a technician who completely misdiagnosed the problem (turns out there was no gas leak; it was a misread by the gas company!), but also failed to take responsibility for the poor service provided by their contracted technician and refused to reimburse us for the service fee. I also should point out that soon after the technician arrived, I realized he was the same technician who serviced and broke our microwave several months prior under a different company name. Bottom line, this company does not appropriately screen or hold accountable their independent contractors nor do they provide any sort of customer service post visit. They are quick to take your order and your money, and, unfortunately, are even quicker to disregard any issues or concerns you have with their service. They also go by multiple names (e.g., Appliance Repair Company) and use multiple cell phone numbers, making it very difficult to determine who is responsible for what. I would strongly advise that you avoid this company.
