We moved into a new property with a refrigerator that had a water filter issue and we went with General Appliances Repair to fix the issue. The gentlemen came out very quick assessed what was wrong with our refrigerator which was a broken housing for the filter. He ordered the part and fixed it for a reasonable price, but when he fixed it we noticed when water was flowing there was another issue. There was a huge leak when water was reestablished that manifested hours after he left at night. We called in a frenzy later that night and he rushed out to fix it, without additional cost even though that wasn’t what he was originally asked to do. This is amazing service and he has made us customers for life, and we will be recommending him to all our friends. We can’t say enough how much he helped us, if you are looking for appliance repair go with this company.

We need a quick repair on a dish washer. Khalid came out the same day and he was able to identify the problem right away. He recommended that we contact the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. It could save us money. We decided to move forward with the repair. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. I have hired Khalid 3 times for different appliances. He has been awesome.

I have not been able to use my clothes dryer. It is the LG wash tower, so the components are connected in one piece. You could tell upon his arrival the Khalid knows his way around appliances, he did have to take the dryer apart and pull out the drum, etc. he found the source of the problem immediately and my dryer was ready to go in a very short amount of time. His pricing is fair. I will definitely use him for other appliance repairs in the future.

There is a reason why this man has all five stars!!!! I’m never calling anyone else. He solved a sloppy install problem that a major retailer created for us yet failed to fix, leaving off parts that prevent the risk of fire and affected the microwave vent functioning. He is very nice. He’s busy but is flexible in the scheduling he offers. Personable and also was so patient and thorough in checking other concerns we had with the appliance. I’m so incredibly grateful Mr Khalid came to help us and will strongly recommend him to anyone else, too. As a woman- I can say he also did not once dismiss what I was telling him about our issue or talk over me, unlike other unfortunate experiences I’ve had in the month I’ve tried to get this issue fixed. I’m so happy to have found this company.

Had a problem with our 13 yo Bosch dishwasher which did not cycle through its program. Called General Appliances Repair and described the problem. Khalid was able to come out the day after. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Within an hour he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the valve and also cycled the dishwasher through the program to make sure it was working correctly. He stated the service call fee up front as well as the total amount of the repair which was very reasonable for the work involved. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I can absolutely recommend Appliances Repair for any problems with dishwashers, refrigerators or any other appliances and will definitely use him again.

Khalid did an excellent job helping us fixing our washer. His he arrived right on time, gave diagnosis of the issue and fix it. He also looked at our microwave and provided opinion on next steps to follow. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We strongly recommend him. Great service. I called Khalid, he was courteous and was able to get to our house within a few hours to address our broken Maytag drier. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part to fix it, and took care of it promptly. Price was very reasonable. I think I found my new appliance guy.
