Aziz M. came right on time. New leak from underneath dishwasher. Aziz had a new seal in his truck and was able to replace it. Work took about 30 minutes total. Dishwasher now is fine. All work cleaned up. Excellent service, reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

I'd had an issue and at least 3 other repair people who came or said they would come or try to do work "under the table". It was frustrating due to the amount of time I spent connecting with them, waiting for them, or waiting for a call back and then no repair happened. These were highly rated based on recommendations from people in my neighborhood!

I did my own research and decided to call District Appliance Services. I was able to schedule a reasonable appointment time in a 2 hour window, so I didn't have to wait half a day and take off work. Aziz diagnosed the problem quickly and offered to come back the next day, but as I couldn't be off work, said that he could do the same 2 hour window on Saturday. Game changer. Bonus? It was a 5 minute initial diagnostic visit so I didn't get a service charge.

As it was a 2 person job with a stackable washer and dryer, he needed a second person to help him move the units. He and Mo were friendly, respectful, adept and forthright with the information I needed regarding the repair.

If I were to offer any kind of feedback, I would give two notes- to take the info on kind of system so the work could be done on the initial visit (which in understand could be costly to have 2 people always working together) and also to provide the estimate on the service prior to completing it- saves from sticker shock and possibly someone not being able to pay for it at the time of service.

Ultimately, it was an incredible experience and I would wholeheartedly use and recommend this business again, and I will certainly share this experience with my neighborhood listservs and FB groups. Thanks so much for excellent work in a time where we don't always get incredible service anymore.

Khalid responded immediately and was out to repair my washer the same day. He also was able to repair my stove (which wasn’t on my initial request) as well. I will definitely use him again the next time I need a repair!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We needed a fridge & disposal repair. They were professional and timely. They responded to our request immediately and provided a clear and fair price. Both appliances were back up & running within two hours! Great contractor, highly recommend.

My dishwasher was not draining. I called Khalid. He came out in about an hour, let me know what the problem was and repaired it promptly. His price was fair and he accepted payment online. Will be my go-to guy from now on.

Khalid came within 24 hours of my first call, quickly diagnosed the issue, identified what parts were needed, purchased them, and completed the fix of my broken refrigerator (bad fan) all in the same day.

Great job!! Khalid was quick to respond to my initial questions about our LG Front Load Washing Machine. We set up an appointment for the same week. Today he came to the house and the repair was knocked out within the hour. He explained what was wrong, how the repair was being done and what can be done in the future for preventative maintenance. Professional and expeditious work. Additionally, the business maintains excellent communication, which I believe many people lack these days.

I highly recommend Khalid. He repaired my microwave oven at a very reasonable cost. Another company wanted $140 just to come look at the microwave and that didn’t even go toward any possible repair. Khalid also came one week sooner than the other company. Great customer service and communication skills.. I would definitely use him again in the future, if needed.
