Khalid did an excellent job. He had to take multiple trips to source parts. He kept to his promises, showed ip when he said he would, charged a very fair price for the work. Recommend!

Khalid is terrific. Extremely responsive and attentive. We had a leak in our dishwasher. He came out and could not find the leak. He did not ask for any payment and we agreed I would keep an eye on it. Once I found the source he came right back and diagnosed what parts he needed to order. Again, he did not ask for payment. Once the ordered parts came in, he let me know and came back to fix it. He never asked to be paid until the problem was resolved. He is kind and so pleasant. I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint.

My refrigerator broke down late on a Thursday night, and by Saturday at noon, he had fixed it. After his initial visit, he quickly found the part he needed, and returned the next day to replace it. My refrigerator was up and running in less than 30 minutes after he arrived, and it’s working great still!

You’d be hard-pressed to find a repair person as honest, responsive, and professional as Khalid. He’s simply the best. 5 stars. Don’t bother with anyone else.

My refrigerator was not working and I called General Appliances Repair. Khalid came in on the same day and identified the problem - the defroster was out of order. However, my refrigerator was old and the defroster for that model is no longer available. Khalid searched for alternatives and found one the next day. He successfully replaced it and fixed my refrigerator immediately! I recommend him to anyone that needs help for fixing refrigerators!

Khalid was incredibly handy and responsive. He quickly determined the root issue with our dryer being out of service. Despite Maytag not producing parts for our model for quite some time, he quickly found a part and was back the next day (on a Saturday) to install the part and all for an honest price for parts and labor.

Khalid responded quickly to my call about my leaking refrigerator freezer. We talked on a Monday and he visited Tuesday morning.
He quickly determined the cause of the problem and efficiently repaired the freezer. Here’s hoping I won’t see anymore water on the kitchen floor!

Highly recommend! Reached out to Khalid (found him through Yelp) to help fix my attempt to clean my dryer. After an explanation of what I needed, along with photos, he was able to give me an estimate and schedule time to do the work. His price was reasonable, his work was solid, and he was easy to communicate with. I'll definitely be keeping his number handy in case I need help with other appliances in the future!

Khalid was a fast responder and fast service. He diagnosed my dual LG washer/dryer unit in seconds and even had the part needed in his truck so the installation time was less than 30 minutes.

Khalid was so great. We needed a fix for our dryer and I was pretty worried that we were going to need a new one, or at least were looking at hefty repairs. Khalid was on time, efficient and precise, and told us exactly what we needed and how much to fix it (less $$ than I feared!). He's an honest guy and good at his job - can't ask for anything more. Was very responsive and went out and went out and found the exact part needed for the fix. Was very polite, efficient, worked around my schedule. Very pleased, would recommend and would use again for any appliance repair needs.

Quick same day service, the day before Thanksgiving. Part to repair fridge wasn't available locally, but as soon as he was able to get it, the fix was quick and extremely economical. Can't recommend more highly!

Great service and able to fix the issue quickly. They diagnosed, ordered a part, and repaired my oven in 4 days in the middle of the Thanksgiving holiday. They are great people and did not overcharge me.
