The technician arrived promptly and was professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my stove and explained the repair process clearly. It was evident they were highly knowledgeable and experienced in their field.

Aziz with District Appliance Services went above and beyond to fix a faulty burner on our gas stove. We called him on a Saturday afternoon because the burner was leaking gas, and we were traveling and could not address the problem. We had never worked with District Appliance Services before, but Aziz responded to our call immediately. Aziz came to our house on a Sunday — wow! — and evaluated the stove, and then returned the next day and turned off the faulty burner for us prior to friends who were arriving to stay at our home while we were traveling. Once we returned to our home, Aziz came promptly and fixed the faulty burner. His price was very fair. He responded immediately to calls and texts from us, and was helpful and professional throughout. We can’t say enough good things about the service we got from Aziz!

Aziz came out when promised; very quickly figured out the problem with a Bosch dishwasher with the dreaded E15 error code, had the solenoid part in his truck and fixed it immediately. He was efficient, smart and polite. 5 stars.

Prompt and fast, diagnosed the problem with my washer and replaced the pump. However, this company lacked transparency on cost of replacement part, which had a very high markup. I would have preferred to have a line item labor/materials breakdown. I understand that an appliance repair call of probably some certain amount of money in order to make the house call profitable, but I want to see what the labor rate is and what the parts cost.

Also, would not let me keep the broken part - claimed that the business needed it to get a $60 refund from the supplier… but the savings for him were not passed on to me. I essentially paid over $150 for a $50 part.

Finally, the technician forgot to reconnect power to the panel after replacing the pump, which necessitated calling him back. Luckily, he hadn’t left my driveway yet (I do understand it was at the end of what was probably a long day for him). So he came back and connected everything properly, but then did not move the machine back to its original position.

Still, the washer works now, so I’m grateful for that. 2 stars.

Overall great service! I stumbled upon the website of District Appliance Services after searching for a company that provides same-day service. The technician was very responsive and did a great job to fix my oven . I would 100% recommend this company to anyone !

My dryer stopped heating. I called the company and they sent a technician within an hour. Luckily, the technician had the heating element in his truck and didn't need to order it. From my call until the end of the repair just 2.5 hours passed.
I would use them anytime again.

We had a clogged washing machine and had contacted the appliance store where we had purchased it from, as it was still under warranty - they had us waiting 23 days for service. After a weekend with 5 people in the house we called district and they came out same day and got it fixed asap! They were amazing! Thank you so much! We will be coming back to you!

Both times, a technician was available the next day, compared to a wait of more than a week for other repair services I called.
