Our refrigerator's drain line got clogged and froze which led to a fan seizing up. The team was able to come that afternoon to look identify and partially fix the problem. Then they returned the next day with special equipment to fix the drain line. Two visits of about 30 minutes. Would recommend.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a stack washer, that was in a tight space. Another company came out first but couldn't handle it. However, District Appliance Services handled the job without an issue for a good price. I highly recommend them!

This was through our home buyers warranty. Put in a claim because our dryer was throwing the code HC. Technician was scheduled to come between 3-6. He didn't show up until after 7. We were not notified he would be late until we called dispatch ourselves. Technician then proceeded to make a mess in our laundry room taking lint out of the back of our dryer and leaving it all over the floor, there was a trash can 2ft away from him. Tech "diagnosed" the issue and said he would call us the next day to let us know about the status of the part he needed. We never received a call. We then called our warranty company and they told us that the tech would come Tuesday and that they would call us Monday with a time they would come. By Monday afternoon I had to received a call yet so I called them. Dispatch told me the tech would come the next day but would not/could not give me a time window. The tech finally called me with a window. The next day I got the first proactive call from the tech, calling to say the part had not come in so he would come the next day. He did come the next day within the time window that he said and replaced what he said was the control panel. Within doing 3 loads our dryer stopped working again and was throwing the same HC code. When we called our to warranty company for a recall appointment district appliances refused the appointment. The next company that came out actually fixed the problem and told us the control panel has nothing to do with the HC code.

Thrilled with how quickly they could respond, same day. They knew exactly what was the issue and returned a day later with the replacement part. Fast and capable service and a fair price for the fix.

Adam arrived quickly to diagnose a washing machine. Unfortunately, after telling me he'd ordered the parts to fix it and would need 4-7 days for them to arrive, he stopped replying to calls and text for 2+ weeks beyond that. No idea where he went. I would have thought he'd want to get paid for the first visit and for any parts he did order.
