I received a text when Chad was enroute. He arrived on time and immediately began troubleshooting my GE washer noise. Turns out it may have only needed a firmware update which he was equipped to take care of on the spot. I didn't realize how much technology was involved these days. He explained all the math and algorithms. 😃 So far no noise has reoccurred. I was very pleased with the service and expertise! Highly recommend!!

Great experience. Our Thermador gas range oven was not working, and would not heat. We reached out to Thermador, and the earliest they could come out was mid September. We contacted AGB based on all of the good reviews to see if they could repair it. Scheduling was easy and they were able to book an appointment just 4 days out. Technician, Jared, arrived early in the window and was very polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the part we needed in his truck. He had the oven disassembled, new part installed, and then reassembled in no time. Price was reasonable and service was great. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Not a great experience. Technician showed up at 5PM for a 2PM appointment to fix a microwave door not closing properly. After a brief period, he essentially recommended replacing 3 parts that totaled $700 without trying any fixes. We asked why we needed 3 and why he couldn't isolate what was broken and it was not clear at all. Each part was marked up, as was the labor. After declining this ridiculous quote, we still had to pay the $90 service fee even though I already sent the make, model, and issue ahead of time. I have continued to ask multiple times for the 3 parts listed and where the prices came from and they refuse to answer, likely a sign that they're marked up. Do not recommend.

Jared came and looked at my GE Nugget Ice Maker. It unfortunately cannot be fixed because the manufacturer doesn’t make the part needed, but Jared was very knowledgeable and apologetic. He took care of my home as if it was his own. Thanks again!

AGB Appliance Repair was able to send someone out within a day of me contacting them. The technician, Jared, was personable and knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, and was able to resolve the issue with our dishwasher before he left. Couldn’t recommend AGB more!

Andi provided prompt service and addressed our refrigerator repair needs in less than 1 week. That accounts for time ordering the part needed. He was friendly, prompt and most important to me, had excellent communication with all parties, including me, throughout the repair process. I recommend AGB and would use them again!

Chad was very thorough and knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. I appreciate the time he took to figure out what was wrong. Also, he was very considerate as he wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the dust and dirt that had accumulated behind the refrigerator. I would definitely call again to have him take a look at any problems I may have in the future with my appliances.

They are super reliable and provide quick service! I called on a Friday at 6:00pm and they were able to have someone come the next day at 11:00am. Chad, the technician who arrived, was super knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and answered all of my questions, without making me feel rushed. He was able to complete a repair estimate + a cause of failure statement as was being requested by my insurance company. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience today.
