Alex did a great job! Came to the house, diagnosed the problem with the microwave, had the part ordered and then returned on a Sunday to install it.

My Samsung dryer stopped working properly, I tried to fix it myself, and after i took the dryer apart I realized i was in over my head. Alex did a great job of fixing the heater and putting it back together to get it working good again.

excellent appliance repair service. Mom's refrigerator broken. My mother broke it accidentally. There was meat in her house, so she needed to solve the problem right away. We called ABV Service as it was the nearest service to our house. It is not much here, but we couldn't wait. It was solved by the repairman, and we were able to save my mom's meat, it didn't go bad. Great job! 👍🏼

The service engineer was amazing, he was very professional and took his time to explain me everything and he showed me what was needed to be fixed. He immediately started working and he repaired the issue in less than am hour.

I had a loose knob on my stove that needed to be fixed because otherwise, you could not tell what temperature the oven was turned onto! I called ABV, and they came out the next day and fixed the knob. They were courteous and honest, and I will use them again for any additional maintenance I have for our appliances!

Quality service. Called on a Saturday morning and they were here within hours. Alex was the technician and provided good service and was quickly able to diagnose the problem with my appliance. Would definitely recommend ABV Service.

Alex did a great job fixing a couple burners on my Wolf range. He also serviced the range and my Subzero fridge. Very responsive, timely, friendly, and professional. Will be using him to service my appliances going forward.

ABV Services did an exceptional job for us. Our wall oven wouldn't heat to temperature but they diagnosed they problem, got the part, then rearranged their schedule to get our oven fixed before 25 guests arrived for a family event. We can't thank them enough for this professional response.

Shakir arrived promptly and put on his shoe covers. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the broken heating element in my old dryer. He had the needed new part in his vehicle. Shakir worked efficiently and cleaned as he went. I am relieved not to have to replace the entire dryer.

After having a nightmare with a previous company that went unresolved for a very long time, we called ABV and they sent out Alex the next day. Knowledgeable repair person came the same day I called about a Samsung clothes dryer that wasn’t putting out any heat. He did a careful diagnosis, found the faulty heating element, had the right replacement part, and completed the installation in short order. I am quite satisfied with the prompt, skilled service.

I got ABV to come out and fix my refrigerator door which was not closing properly (it is only 3 years old). They quickly decided that it needed new hinges and quoted me over $1,800 to do the work without trying to see if something else might work. I paid them for the service trip and then they continued to harass me over the next week to do the work and actually offered to reduce the price? I decided to call another repair group (hint it has the same first two letters) and they came out and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes by simply adjusting the foot height on one side. Cost me $105 and works great ever since. Either a) they don't know how to fix it or did not want to spend a little more time to trying other solutions before just suggesting major replacements OR b) trying to gauge me. Not sure which is worse. That's my experience.

I was surprised at how quickly ABV was able to send a technician to repair our non-draining and leaking LG washer. I was skeptical, at first, but the technician, Adam, was courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
They are not in LG’s website but they should be.
Also, Dianne the office was most helpful with all my questions and concerns.
I would use them again and recommend them highly.

ABV was very responsive with rapid service, gave me the option of fixing the range without a major repair, gave me a quick quote for full repair, put on boots immediately to keep our apartment clean and excellent service from Adam-the repair person. The service visit charge was applied to the full repair that was needed to make a permanent repair of our gas stove. Wonderful service and customer satisfaction.
