Worst living experience ever. The apartment is unbearably stuffy, and management refuses to turn on the AC despite the high temperatures. We are literally forced to open the windows just to breathe, which means constant noise from birds and traffic all day long.

This situation is completely unhealthy, especially for people who are sensitive to heat—and management clearly doesn’t care. They have ignored repeated requests from residents as if our comfort and health mean nothing.

This is pure negligence and absolutely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend living here.

Good service. Scheduled quickly, returned the next day with parts & clothes washer is working fine now. Price seemed to be reasonable.

The service was prompt, professional and friendly. No matter what obstacle was encountered, Abdusela’s approach was to keep pushing and work around it. It also was clear that he knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable. Finally he saved us. The problem with our dryer occurred on a Saturday afternoon, and Abdusela came and went to work. Excellent experience all around.

Profix is the best. We have used him a few times and he’s responsive and reliable. Does a great job! Highly recommend.

Technician, Besshr, was prompt, courteous, technically sharp, and willing to go the extra mile. He RETURNED. PHONE CALLS…and when he set a time-frame, he met it. A rarity in this business! I had a major leak coming from my washing machine. Within minutes parts of my apartment was flooded. I called them for assistance and they came within the hour and fixed my problem immediately. They have serviced me before and the results don’t change. Simply wonderful work being done.

Chad was on time, diagnosed and explained what was wrong with our refrigerator, and helped us decide on a fix. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Within the week, he came back with the parts needed to fix the refrigerator. He was great in cleaning and fixing our refrigerator.

Chad the technician arrived within the scheduled times (twice), was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend AGB for appliance repair work.

Great service and friendly staff! Andy was super helpful when my washer started acting up. He responded quickly to messages via WhatsApp. I was able to troubleshoot the faulty washing machine just by following his instructions. Highly recommend!

Excellent, prompt service! Tech identified the problem and offered all info to consider whether to repair or replace, so made an informed decision to repair. Question about payment is answered with full amount but AGB required only a deposit to get the process started. All very easy and trustworthy.
