We've used Arlington Tree Care twice and have been very pleased both times. They are knowledgeable, considerate, their pricing is reasonable, and they really care about trees. Would definitely recommend using them.

I have used Arlington Tree Care since the 1990s. They are super responsive in emergencies, give good recommendations, do safe and careful work, clean up, and are fair on the price.

Arlington Tree Care was willing to do a relatively small job for us, removing several medium-sized, high branches that were located near wires.
Their price was very fair. They were able to schedule quickly and did a perfect job.
We'll definitely use them again.

I called Santa Elena about cleaning up a long fence line, trees up to 30 ft and some trimming. Dan came out and I received a fair quote and a few days later a 4 man crew showed up and did a great job. They also cleaned up everything and the yard and fence line looks great. I was impressed with their professionalism. VERY pleased with the results and HIGHLY recommend.

Attempted to reach out three times. Never got a call or email back. I understand that summer is a busy time of year for tree services, but to completely ignore a lead is pretty bad customer service. Tells me that if the sales experience is this poor, then the actual work could be even worse.

Beto and his crew are fantastic. Very responsive. Accurate assessment. Reasonably priced. Very efficient. And responsible.

I had several companies come to assess and provide a quote for a giant Poplar tree (maybe 100+ yrs old) on my property that was struck by lightening a year ago. The tree was full of leaves in the Spring, except for one large branch. But in the Summer the leaves had turn brown, much more than all the trees around it, and several good size branches were falling off. Beto and one other company told me the tree was dying and there was no way to save it. Sure enough, after it was cut down you can see that the center of the trunk was burnt and black with a hole almost a foot in diameter. (The tree trunk itself was about 5 feet in diameter.)

Beto's men came on the scheduled day to cut the tree down. One guy climb up the tree and started cutting, while 3-4 guys on the ground collected the branches and carried them to the driveway to the shredder. The tree's branches filled one entire truck. Then came the big branches and the trunk. They brought in a Bobcat (compact tractor) to move those large pieces and placed them into another truck. They lined my grass with wood planks to minimize the damage from the tractor. They also used wood planks to protect my beautiful vinyl fence but unfortunately two fence panels were damage from some of the branches. They told me they would come back and fix the fence.

It look another month for me to find and order the correct parts. Once the parts arrived I contacted Beto, and sure enough he brought his guys back. They not only fix the two fence panels they damaged, but they also fixed a third panel for me that was not damage by them. They totally went above and beyond. Very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this company several times over the years and have been totally pleased with their work each time. Most recently they cut down a huge dead tree, ground 3 tree stumps, and trimmed many dead tree limbs on 10 October. Beto, the owner, and Danko, the estimator, and their team are fantastic: very reasonable prices, promptly scheduled me within days, are professional, friendly, respectful of landscaping, polite, and very efficient. The team cleans up well after the work is done. This continues to be my "go to" tree service company. There is no need to waste time obtaining other estimates.

I needed a tree service to remove a branch from our maple tree as it had cracked/twisted. Neighbors recommended Santa Elena Tree Service. I called and spoke with Beto about getting an estimate. We scheduled a meeting on site. I had him provide an estimate for the branch removal and cleaning up dead branches from a couple of other trees. The estimate was reasonable so we scheduled the work. The team came and did a great job. I was there during the work so was able to make sure all dead wood was removed from the trees included in the estimate. The team cleaned up all debris from my yard and the neighbor's. Highly recommend this company.

Recently used Santa Elena to remove an 80+ft tall tree. The job was pretty complex. The tree was leaning towards the house, and was situated on the side of a hill less than 15 ft from my home. Additionally, they had to hand carry everything out down a set of steps from the backyard.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Everyone I dealt with was extremely informed and professional.
