I'm so impressed with Maids in Brown! Their maid service in Alexandria is top-notch. The team was efficient, friendly, and left my home sparkling clean. I've tried other services before, but Maids in Brown definitely stands out. I'll be using them again for sure!

Ruth and Mirian did a really good job with my apartment. They even helped me take out the recycling to the bin in the loading dock. I hope they win Employee of the Month.

I have been using this company on and off for years; sometimes on a reoccurring basis, sometimes for one time cleans. They have always been easy to schedule with and done a good job for us. Blanca, Heidy, and Lesany left everything tidy, cleaned, polished, bed linens pulled tight, and I love those vacuum lines in the carpets and upholstered chairs.

Yeirin and Fanny did an awesome job in our apartment in DC. Prompt, thorough and pleasant to work with. I had work calls in the apartment while they were here, but no problem, they finished one half of the apartment and then we switched

I scheduled a deep clean with a follow on every two weeks cleaning. The deep clean was outstanding and I’m looking forward to their continuing service. If you are considering them, just go ahead and schedule. You will not be disappointed!

I had Yeirin and Fanny and they did a wonderful job!! Our apartment was a mess and they made it look lovely. They were also great with our small dogs.

Yolanda and Jessica were great, they both arrived promptly and got to work right away. I stayed in when the cleaning happened, and they were respectful and worked around me well. They left the place sparkly clean, and the areas I didn't even expect to be cleaned were covered. Thanks Yolanda and Jessica!

I've had them for 3+ years. They were good for a while but my recent experience with them has not been great. The time slot I've booked for is between 8:00-9:30. They have not once come before 9:00, meaning that they're often finishing between 10:00-10:30, during the middle of a workday. A minor nuisance that I've lived with until now. Recently, their service has been poor. Their cleaners do not dust properly, they do not wash their hands before cleaning, and they are careless to the point that they've broken household items in multiple visits. My most recent breaking point was when, after I texted them about a complaint regarding a broken household item, they canceled my recurring appointment. They used to be good, but now appear to be resting on their laurels. I do not recommend as they are managed and operated currently.

We have had Maids in Brown coming for about 6 months and they do such a great job (I won’t share the before photos). America and Yeirin do phenomenal work.

We use Maids in Brown for daily refreshes to our home, and it has made a world of difference to come home every day to a clean space. We love our girls, Yeirin and Fanny! They are so sweet and detailed and are flexible and keen to the changing needs of the home.

Just began a monthly cleaning with Jolanda and Jessica and they did a fantastic job! They were communicative, thorough, and quick. Excited to be seeing them on a monthly basis. They were even incredibly patient with my dog (who hates vacuums). Highly recommend.

Their communication is excellent. Whenever I need to reach out to them they respond quickly. They have been performing a monthly clean on my condo for over 2 years. I think they do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

We recently switched to Maids in Brown after going through a few other cleaning companies. With the other companies we had to point out areas they missed after each cleaning, but Heidy and Lesany are very thorough and do a great job with our home. I also noticed that the chemical smells aren't as strong as when we've gone through other companies, which is a bonus as we have an infant at home.

Have had Maids in Brown cleaning for us since we moved to the neighborhood in 2021. The staff are always professional, hard working, friendly, and overall do a great job. Would recommend!
