I have used A Cleaning Service for nearly 10 years and have never considered the need to find anyone else to clean my townhouse. A Cleaning Service is reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. They are also efficient and bring all their own supplies. The staff are responsive to special cleaning requests. I sometimes book on short notice, and they usually can accommodate me.
I always look forward to coming home after A Cleaning Service has been at the house, as I know it will be clean and smell good, too. I highly recommend them.

We have been with A Cleaning Service for more years than I can remember ... at least 15 years. First, in our condo in DC; now in our house in MD. Much of the time it was with the same crew. So new people coming in and out has not been a problem. We discontinued service during the pandemic but it has been a relief to have recently restarted it. It is a different crew than we had before. But regardless of the crew, the service has always been reliable and friendly. I don't think there was ever a time they missed an appointment. And when we have had to reschedule, they have been accommodating to our schedule. Most of the time when they come we are not even home. Yet, we have NEVER had an issue with anything going missing so I don't have to give that a second thought. In fact, they sometimes find change under the couch cushions and leave it where we will find it. While they use some of our supplies like rags, that is at OUR request to prevent cross-contamination between clients. If we had not been completely satisfied we never would have stayed with them so long!

We've been using A Cleaning Service for several years now. They do a great job cleaning our house - my Mom is 95 years old and the staff is unfailing kind to her (she' a little mixed up sometimes). They are always responsive to any special requests we have had. Unlike our previous cleaners, over all these years, we have never had ANY problems with these ladies. They come and do their work quickly and thoroughly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Beatriz and her team are amazing! They are so thorough and don’t leave a corner untouched — not even in our crazy home with two little kids and a dog. On weeks we are traveling they usually find something to deep clean for us as well. Plus the team are so warm and friendly. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed!

We have been with this company for about seven years and have never once been anything less than amazed with it's quality of work. They do not miss a detail.

We moved from a townhouse to a single family home farther out. I fully expected Beatriz to use the opportunity to finally start charging us rates comparable to other companies. Nope. Still a great deal and wow!! The team did a deep clean that made the new house feel like home.

We have used A Cleaning Service for special clean out as well (hello gross fridge). The team never disappoints.

Did I mention they are also super pet friendly? Cat litter and fur is gone-people say they don't realize I even have pets. And Beatriz is always flexible if I need to move around dates for a clean for some reason. Like Mom coming into town.

A Cleaning Service has cleaned my home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the last 4 years. I am very happy with the service. The crew is reliable, efficient, thorough, pleasant, and trustworthy. The price is reasonable and the experience is superior to other cleaning services I have used in the past. When I have needed to make occasional adjustments to the schedule, the team has been accommodating. I also hired them for two move-out deep cleans and was very happy with the results. I highly recommend!
