We’ve used A Cleaning Service for many years. They have been very reliable showing up at our house in DC every other week despite the challenging parking situation in the neighborhood . The crews are always friendly, professional and efficient and they do a great job keeping the house looking squeaky clean.

The A Cleaning Service team does a fantastic job and is very professional. Beatriz is very easy to communicate with and responds in a very timely manner.

The kitchen sink was not cleaned well, crumbs were pushed into the corner of the kitchen, there were streaks on the bathroom mirrors, and fronts of kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, all of which is listed on the website as part of scope. Extremely disappointed in the services.

Update: the owner never responded and offered to come back- they are trying to cover themselves in public review comments (see attached to which they never responded). Additionally we intended to do the monthly service but were disappointed and canceled. We are now using another cleaning service monthly and are much happier, and have had much better communication along with better service for a similar rate.

Call Cleaning Collection does an amazing job. Good value for excellent service. They really helped me with a move out clean when I moved to Raleigh. I was worried we wouldn’t get our security deposit back, but they came to the rescue!

I had the best experience with Natoya! She was very thorough and such a nice person! I can't wait to have her back in 3 weeks!

Very friendly and professional.I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. They are very thorough and always ask if there is anything else they can address that may have been missed. Muhammad was quite helpful in explaining and accommodating my requests.

Extremely nice. They really cared and listened when I talked to them about my pain points. They were very thorough and did a really good job. I’m now booked for a recurring clean once a month. If you book a recurring clean you get a great discount! Definitely hire them.

The company is incredibly professional and were able to work with me through not one, but two unexpected scheduling conflicts that arose from maintenance being done in my building. Sonia and Ana did a spectacular job cleaning tyy hi e first time! And Notoya was amazing our second time! They were really thorough and attentive to detail. They did everything we asked for and more!
