I've used this cleaning team for a couple of years now, after a pause in the heat of COVID, but brought them back a few months ago. They wear masks and are in and out with very limited contact, even when my kids and I are in the house these days! I tried another cleaning service a few times and felt I was paying more for lower quality, so came back to this company. They are pretty quick, efficient and leave the house nice and clean.

I’ve been using A Cleaning Service for several years. I am picky and tried several different services in the last 8 years since we moved here. What differentiates this service, is that when I had complaints, they made adjustments. They changed out the team once because the original team wasn’t doing a good job in areas that really mattered to me. With the new team, they have been much better, but if there are times when things are missed, I communicate and they adjust accordingly. They are professional and wear masks and stay socially distant, to keep my family safe.

I contacted A Cleaning Service for a deep clean of my baseboards and bathrooms to be done to look as clean as the day I moved in, and I was not disappointed!

Beatriz (the owner) is absolutely wonderful! Her staff goes beyond the call of duty, I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

The customer service from Cecilia the few times we have called with questions has also always been super prompt and friendly.

A Cleaning Service did a great job! It's rare for me to write reviews unless I feel someone went above and beyond to provide me exceptional service and a cleaning service did that. I was looking for a cleaning service that would pay attention to detail and be able to get out tough stains. I needed someone who would be careful on hardwood floors and know how to treat carpets. I recently moved out of an apartment of a brand new building. I was the first tenant so they were expecting the apartment to look the same as when it was rented to me. The building even left me a list of what my cleaning charges could look like and it was really expensive. I have 2 dogs, a cat and two birds and all animals had left behind a big mess. I'm a horrible cook so you can only imagine what the stove top and oven looked like. I had mud stains throughout each room and feathers from my birds in hard to reach areas. After reading many reviews and comparing prices, I decided to go with a cleaning service. They were super easy to schedule, on time and fast. They did an amazing job. You would have never been able to tell someone lived there, especially all the animals!. I would recommend their service to anyone.

We have been using ACS for 10 months now. The staff is very professional, flexible with our scheduling, always on time and friendly. The price is very reasonable. When I have told Rita who cleans our house how impressed we were with the results, she always tells me that she cleans it as if it were her own home. That's pretty special!
