we had our air ducts cleaned recently and from scheduling to the actual service, the whole team was friendly and very professional. they showed up right on time, explained how the duct cleaning would work, and made sure to clean up everything before they left. i was pretty sure this was the first time our home's ducts had ever been cleaned, and it definitely showed with all the dust and debris they removed. this is the third time we’ve used their air duct cleaning services, but the first time at our current place in arlington. we are really happy with how fresh and clean the air feels now!

This is the second time I have used their services. The first time I had an issue with the AC and the second time was the heater. In both instances they were very responsive, professional and were able to resolve the problem. He was very nice and was able to get me a quote on replacing the ac/heater right on the spot! My heater broke on the coldest day last December. I contacted Ken (owner) and he promptly showed up the next day as promised and assessed the situation. He explained the problem, ordered the necessary product and his associate came the next day to install it. They were both very professional, extremely helpful and efficient repair. Second time it was my AC that broke and again as promised came in quickly and repaired my AC. The price is reasonable, but the prompt response and quick repair was what I appreciated the most. I highly recommend air master heating and cooling.

I have used Reliable Maintenance for over 10 years. They have been consistently responsive, super helpful, great pricing, and extremely dependable service. They have helped with small jobs such as locating and resolving leaky gas smells and fixing stuck garbage disposals. However they have also assisted me with larger jobs such as complete air conditioning unit and compressor replacement as well as hot water heater replacements. They’re also very knowledgeable and will give you tips on how to keep your devices working great for years to come.
