These guys are total thieves! They wanted to charge $425 to replace a toilet wax ring that costs $4-10,- ! Such work takes maximum 30-45 minutes to complete and it is one of the simplest jobs. I would never do any business with such greedy company that rips off customers big time! Shame on you!

I will recommend Trade Pros to any and every one. It 1st starts at the ladies in customer service and then when the technician came out smh oh wow. He was the sweetest respectful man. I thank Trade Pro for working with me on my time and getting my hot water and garbage disposal back up in running as fast as you did. Keep being you!! Yall are always the BEST in my eyes. Blessings

Outstanding service as we have had in the past with Brittany, Jimbo and Tom. Jimbo answered all my questions and patiently explained and informed me about the necessary maintenance schedule going forward to extend the life of our new hot water tank. Thank guys. Five stars for the quality of the workmanship and I would recommend Trade Pros to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issues.

Both plumbers were professional and courteous throughout the repair job. Superb communications throughout the entire process via Yelp and getting the service. The sink pipe with a T to allow the dishwasher to drain had deteriorated and simple broke off. They had to cut the sink drain to get it out, which was a job in itself. Thanks again!

I would not recommend this company. I had a toilet clog. Technician told me that if he couldn’t clear the clog with the snake then I would have to replace the toilet. Cost would be $250. When I said that was a high cost he brought it down to $224. He used the snake for about 2 mins gave up and told me I would need to replace my toilet. He barely got out the bathroom good before asking “how would you like to pay”. So he was going to charge me $224 for 2 mins of work AND I still have a clogged toilet. I asked about putting that amount towards toilet replacement and he said he would have to call the company. He had troubles reaching the company and brought the price down to $124 which is still high considering he did much of nothing and my toilet is still broken. 100% do not recommend!!!!!

UPDATE/11 April 23. I had another plumbing company come out. They used a snake and my toilet was cleared in 10 minutes. I was not charged for the service as I mentioned to them I already paid another company to snake the toilet. This company was kind enough to help me out. Also, before starting they explained other alternate options if snaking the drain didn’t work. Toilet replacement was a last resort. Seems to me Trade Pros is just looking to get your money.

Ended up clogging my kitchen sink through a series poor decisions, decided to stop making it worse and call in professionals.

The owner, Brittney contacted me within minutes of sending the request for an estimate and Chris was here within 3 hours of that.

After looking at the clog, I was presented with details as to how we would proceed, with additional measures should they become necessary.

Having a great experience so far, I approved Chris's plan and he started right to work. Took him about an hour to clear out the clog; he was super personable and professional.

Based on my experience this morning, I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Trade Pros guys are the best. Their owner Brittney went far and beyond to help me with my needs. She communicated nicely and swiftly, her responses were full of details and precise plans on how to address or solve a problem. I had a long standing problem with a rare part that was preventing to have both hot and cold water in the shower. Not only her guys located the part within days but when it would not un-install easily, they contacted the producer, find out possible solutions, discussed them and miraculously in a few days all was done.
I am very grateful to Brittney also because most of the work was done when I was away from the country, so all was discussed and solved remotely.

My family was having an issue with their hot water heater the other evening. I called multiple different companies to come and take a look at it and was unable to have any one look at it, I finally called Trade Pros and they sent a tech out to my house to take a look. They were at my house the VERY NEXT day, very professional. They had to replace my water heater and also found a small leak that i knew nothing about, and fixed it. Their prices and commitment to making the customer feel relief was outstanding. If anyone is looking for a TOP NOTCH company I HIGHLY RECOMEND TRADE PROS.

Had great experience with Edgardo and Trade Pros, he installed a water shutoff monitor in my house and was in and out much quicker than I expected and at a good price. My toilet was leaking for a while, and when I reached out to get quotes, Trade Pros responded quickly. Brittany sent an email around 9:00p the night I sent the request and promptly called me the next morning to schedule service. They were professional, responsive, and courteous from start to finish. They recommended the type of toilet I should buy and installed it with great care. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I will call Trade Pros!

Power went out in my kitchen and within 20mins of calling, John was there figuring it out. He found the bad GFCI that had taken out the other 5 receptacles in the run and had it repaired in minutes. Is my go to team for electrical work

I requested an estimate from Trade Pros and received a response within an hour on a Saturday. James (Jim) arrived on time and delivered the best of service to our home. He was thorough, frank and knowledgeable as he diagnosed our low water pressure and temperature issues. He educated my wife and I through his assessment. What I appreciated was he helped us help ourselves on some easy tasks-while candidly telling us which tasks we need to save for the Pros. Well done-and we will be using Jim and Trade Pros for our upcoming upgrades in our new home.
