He recently installed a whole-house water filtration system for me—for just $3,000, parts and labor included. He was here all day, working for about eight hours straight, and did an absolutely amazing job. Just yesterday, I got a quote from a handyman to fix a toilet handle in my office—$150. Isaac came all the way over and did it for $80. Not only that, he replaced the flapper at no extra charge!!

Isaac did an amazing job installing a whole-home water filtration system in my house. This was my first time working with Neptune and so I reached out to several other plumbers for this job first. The two estimates I got before Neptune were both very high and would’ve required me to get rid of my brand new utility sink and move my washer and dryer to accommodate the filter. Isaac came in, evaluated the filter system and the layout of the house, and was able to offer an estimate to install the system without removing or rearranging anything, at a fraction of the cost of the competition. I almost couldn’t believe my ears, it seemed to good to be true. But two days later, sure enough, Isaac showed up and did what he said he would do. When a part from the manufacturer turned out to be faulty, even though it was late in the day and he’d been working since early morning, Isaac went to Home Depot to get a replacement part. And when a toilet coincidentally wouldn’t stop running during his visit due to an old flapper, Isaac replaced the flapper free of charge. He explained everything very efficiently and clearly, and it was obvious from start to finish that he really knew what he was talking about and doing. I almost never leave reviews, but this was a truly exceptionally great experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Neptune.

Issac did a great job with water treatment plant installation for whole house, great service standards. My RO water faucet from Aquasana was noisy , he didn’t like it and replaced with new faucet on his own. Will definitely use Neptune Plumbing for all our plumbing services. Will recommend them to all we know for any plumbing services.

I recently had plumbing work done at home and was impressed by Isaac’s professionalism and attention to detail. From start to finish, he delivered perfect work, demonstrating both skill and care throughout.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Isaac fit us in late on a Sunday evening to fix our broken tankless water heater. He was honest, friendly and fast and left us with a functioning water heater. He is certainly a gem and I highly recommend him - it was better service by far than what we've received from some of the other well-known plumbers in the area.

Isaac is a great choice to make for a plumbing call! He came over right away (within 30 min) for what I believed to be a leak in my basement, but determined that it was my upstairs toilet and set about making things right! He came back as many times as he needed to to get it fixed, and we greatly appreciated his professionalism! Definitely will hire again and encourage you to do the same!
