I highly recommend Trade Pros ! I had issues with my water heater on Martin Luther King day. Trade Pros responded very quickly and Edgardo came the same day at no charge. He explained and diagnosed the problems. I was offered option to repair or change my 14 year old water heater. I decided to go ahead and replace it. It was done the next day by Edgardo who is very professional and friendly. Also great customer service, very nice and efficient.

We had an old pull chain ceiling fan removed and replaced with a new remote operated fan. The technician, Brad King, arrived on time, efficiently completed the work and cleaned up afterwards.

Service Pro solved a problem in our basement bathroom that no other plumber was able to resolve. They were very knowledgeable and solved the issue while minimizing the cost to the client. Highly recommend!

Plumber quoted me 4x what the competition charges, so I will not be using him for this particular job. But me not willing to pay does not mean they aren’t worth it. Just not in my budget. 🙂

Cody at Home Service Pros was right on time and immediately figured out the issue and dove right in to use a camera on the spot. Because he had other estimates to that day, he also said he was available to come back right away to finish the work and provided an estimate. I am very happy with the service!

John Newman was VERY fast to respond to an emergency issue we were having with the sump pump after heavy rains. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour, preventing our basement from flooding. Beyond that, he also helped us get the best pricing. Really, really great service. I will definitely call John again.

Called these guys at 9pm on a Saturday night after an unsuccessful attempt to stop a leak and these guys were so prompt and professional! Extra shout out to Guido who took care of the leak and also did a great job a few days later replacing my shower faucet and adding shutoff valves so I won’t have the same issues again. Highly recommend this company and I’m glad I chose them- they deserve all the 5 star reviews!!
