From day one Carlos was very professional, you could tell he was being very honest and he was very knowledgeable. On the day of service, We also met Brian and he was very professional and caring too.
The most affordable company with an amazing service. We also had our main water shut off valve replaced. For sure we recommend them and will use them again.

This company is great. Anthony arrived on time. He explained exactly what I needed and how much it would cost. He quickly did the repair. I am definitely adding Affordable Plumbing and Gas to my list of contractors.

The owner, Brian,went above and beyond what was expected in repairing my water line. He kept me informed and always answered my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. His employee worked tirelessly for hours to get the ditch dug so the waterline could be repaired. Brian made sure everything to check every plubming site was working in my house regarding the water before he left. I am glad he was assigned to fix my waterline problem. I highly recommend this company!

They are great! I have had them over for a variety of jobs from easy ones such as snaking a drain to more difficult ones such as installing a water-powered sump pump and they do great work every time. Whenever I need a plumbing or gas job done, I reach out to them without a second thought.

Absolutely amazing customer service! On a rainy Sunday afternoon, our shower decided to start spraying water everywhere. Concerned and having to turn our water off to prevent even more damage, we decided to call Affordable Plumbing and Gas. Our call was answered quickly and Brian was over same-day (within two hours of the first call!) with the needed parts. He even took the time to review the photos we sent and stopped at the store to ensure he had what he needed to fix the problem. Brian was incredibly helpful, responsive, and honest. He took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive one. He truly saved the day and gave us peace of mind. Absolutely give them a call!

We had a clog in our main line that left us without the use of our toilets or running water. Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC were very responsive and sent out Brian and Carlos who were amazing to work with. They arrived early, worked quickly, were respectful, and left the work area clean. Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC was recently contracted through insurance to repair a leak in my water line, which ended up being a full water line replacement after 6 separate leak repairs were found. Brian, Anthony, and Carlos were professional, courteous, and did impeccable work. They kept me abreast of their progress every step of the way and even got the yard where the new line went back to its original condition. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend this company for similar jobs or other plumbing work.

My husband and I have used this company several times and we have gotten great service at a reasonable price. They corrected a water heater issue that had been installed incorrectly. They've replaced the shower faucets, and we recently had a garbage disposal replaced that had been leaking because it was also installed incorrectly. We really trust Brian and will not hesitate to call him back when we need more work done. We have peace of mind knowing that when they are doing the work, that it'll be done right the first time.

We recently had an exterior line break out front and this company did an amazing job repairing the line professionally and in a timely manner. In addition we had a separate issue with our irrigation system that they also took a look at and quickly repaired as well. Brian (the owner) was very professional and went so far as to come out at 9:00PM once to make sure that things were going well with the repair. Great team!

Affordable plumbing and Brian are top-notch. They are true advocates for the homeowner in resolving their issues. I especially had a tough issue with Home Serve warranty on my waterline and Bryan navigated and advocated for me to a very successful conclusion. They did a very quality job, showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do and left a place just as they found it spotless.

Brian and Anthony were absolutely great! I called them out for a issue where I wasn't sure if a fix was needed or not, and they carefully investigated the issue, talked through diagnostic options and costs, and then talked about a proposed fix. Ultimately they explained that a fix would likely solve the issue (a gurgling toilet), but explained why it likely wasn't necessary unless I really wanted to fix it. They had plenty of opportunities to recommend unnecessary work and declined: I really appreciated their honesty, inquisitiveness, and knowledge base.
This is one of the friendliest and most professional service calls I've had in DC, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

They did not try to upsell us, and were very honest in their assessment. Brian is very knowledgeable in his profession, he was able to explain it to us in a way that made sense, and he was so patient with my many questions. Anthony was helpful and was supporting Brian throughout their time here. I appreciated their professionalism, and that they didn't leave behind a huge mess for us to clean up. Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC is the best! Quick, reliable, friendly, polite and affordable service . The team was great. Anthony (tech) came out to do estimate and survey the situation. Carlos (tech) came out to do prep work. Brian (owner/supervisor) came out to do follow-up and make sure everything was going smoothly. Together this team fixed my line leak in a quick and efficient manner. They cleaned up and left the property as neat as they found it (maybe better). 5 stars for this company. I will be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

Brian and Anthony are wonderful! I have some health issues and told Brian what we needed done. He was so empathetic and professional. He said he would get in touch with Anthony to see if Anthony could fit us into his workload and if he could not, Brian would come out himself.

He got in touch with Anthony and he fit us in and said he would be here as soon as possible. I called them around 8:15 or so Brian got back to me about an hour later to tell me about Anthony coming to help us.

When Anthony got here he was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He fixed our issue skillfully and fast. The job and a really great conversation we had together and he was still done by 11.

I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. They were all worth it to get the very best, not just plumbers, but astounding people I have met in a very long time.

Worked about 30-40 min. Found some tree root about 30 foot down. Told me it broke his snake and that he didn’t have the bigger snake with root saw charged me $700 and left. If you think you have a tree root problem, this is not the plumbing company to call. My experience makes me question the accuracy of Google reviews. Also, questionable that they are not listed on Yelp.
