Rotor rooter came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours to fix a shower that was backing up. Alexander was very helpful diagnosing and snaking a clogged shower drain. Once finished he did a great job cleaning up the tub.

Alexander the tech from Roto-Rooter came to our home to fix our garbage disposal. He was very professional, explained everything well and did the job efficiently. He also tested the system and made sure it worked well and explained the 1-year warranty system.

Having a drain pipe blocked during a huge snowstorm is no fun. I figured it would be days before someone could come out. Thankfully Roto Rooter sent Alexander over as soon as it stopped snowing. He was professional, careful not to track snow in the house, explained exactly what needed to be done, and performed top notch work.

Lexander came to my Aunt’s house in Alexandria on Saturday 10/25. He had a very tough drain to clear but he was up to the task. Got it done in about an hour total. Took two efforts. After a late night emergency Alexander came out first thing in the morning to help with a leak in a pipe in the wall. He was incredibly helpful — he listened to my concerns and then searched for the source of the issue and found it right away! He was able to fix it in just a couple of hours. Plumber was very professional and articulate but the prices were at least double the going rate. Quoted $845 to repair the P trap and drain on upstairs sink, I had it repaired the next day by Arlington-based All Plumbers for $450. I paid $850 for snaking, which is admittedly guaranteed for 6 months, which also seems extremely expensive.

Alexander was great to work with - diagnosed the issue right away and took his time to explain what was going on with both hot water failure and lack of drainage in one shower/tub area. We had a wonderful experience with Alexander this past weekend. Multiple companies promised us they would come in the middle of the night for our plumbing emergency, but no one showed up. Alexander was the first and only to arrive, first thing in the morning, and he was there until nearly 2PM without a break to get the massive main water line leak in our bedroom wall fixed. He was extremely friendly, took his time explaining everything to us in a way we could understand, and even took a look at the toilet afterward to answer my questions about that. We found him really kind and approachable and we are so grateful!
