James was good. Knowledge, courteous, engaging. Did a good job and cleaned up when he left. Felt that job was done with professionalism. Only downside, was the price. Seemed way too much for unclogging a drain. This prevented a five star rating.

I called Cherry Blossom because of an issue with a mystery leak in my condo after having several unfruitful interactions with other plumbers who were unable to identify the problem. They sent three plumbers out on two different occasions (Val, James, and Joe) and all were friendly, thorough, and professional. They conducted extensive tests to try to pin down the source of the leak (which previous plumbers had not) and Joe did a great job replacing the old valves and faucet in my kitchen sink. They offered thoughtful, easy-to-understand explanations of the situation and ways to handle it, transparent pricing, and prompt, excellent service. I told them I'll definitely be going with CB again for future plumbing problems and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Water from my bathroom was leaking into the owner of the unit below me. Booked an appointment with Cherry Blossom online and was contacted right away. Paul called and let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He conducted a though inspection and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Fortunately, it turned out to be very minor and inexpensive repair despite the amount of water leaking. No attempt at an upsell. Recommended.

James was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly before performing any work, ensuring everything was well understood ahead of time. He was very friendly and conducted himself with professionalism throughout the entire job. I would highly recommend him for all my future plumbing needs.

James came on time and explained the issue and started the diagnostics promptly. Kitchen sink pipe needed new valve. The part wasn't in the truck, so he went to the local store to pick one up. All and all, the whole thing took about 90 minutes including this trip to the store -- pretty efficient. Overall, I'd rate Cherry Blossom highly. But I am NOT a fan of their AI phone answering system. It seems pretty slick; I didn't realize I was talking to "Sam", the AI, until about midway through the "conversation".

Happy with this service. The scheduling was prompt and the technician (Matt) called before arriving - on time. He fixed the issues we had and recommended some other improvements for us to consider at a later time.

Great service and experience. Val was my technician, and he was excellent at his job. Friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly, very competent. He was transparent about the upfront price, and he updated me when circumstances changed the price. In my case, the fix was easier than first expected and the price went DOWN. That’s how trust is built. This is my go-to plumber now. Honest, friendly, competent service at a fair price!

Val from Cherry Blossom Plumbing was professional, reliable, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Faced with a very complex plumbing system, some components dating back to 1949, Val thoroughly evaluated every aspect of the job, clearly diagnosed the issues, and explained what was needed. He was flexible with scheduling, accessible, and consistently returned our calls in a timely manner to answer all questions or concerns. He offered creative, cost-effective solutions and, above all, demonstrated integrity and genuine care for our outcome.

Cherry Blossom was extremely helpful and reasonable when helping fix a burst pipe in my kitchen. Beginning with their front office, Bryan was very communicative and able to assist our needs. Johnny was excellent when he came to our house to assess the burst pipe and was thoughtful and customer focused during the entire process. Their flexibility in scheduling helped us avoid any prolonged periods of time without our kitchen. There kindness, candor, and flexibility was great to experience after failing with multiple companies previously. Our pilot light went out so we thought. We were thrilled we got a same day appointment. Good communication with the office and arrival. He was friendly and identified immediately the pilot light was still on. He was honest and gave us helpful advice. He didn’t charge a fee. We 100% will call them again

Val did a great job getting me all set on the various plumbing issues that had been building up around the house. He was genuine, professional, and you could tell cared about his job. Tried to offer the best he could and if something didn't work out could quickly pivot to another option just as good.

I highly recommend Cherry Blossom Plumbing. I had a minor plumbing issue, and I called them in lieu of one of the larger firms. What I got was personalized service; a highly trained and licensed technician; and customer service that was off the charts.
