Chris was amazing. Showed up the first time promptly but unfortunately I had to purchase a new toilette. Chris came and installed and everything looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs.

Our water heater failed and a late afternoon call led to an immediate next morning visit by Mario and Jorge who quickly confirmed my diagnosis and had a replacement installed only 3 hours later. Truly no nonsense and a pleasure to work with.

Chris was on time, responsive, and communicative. He is transparent about his pricing and when we asked him to do another job shortly after his first job, he gave us reduced pricing despite having to make several trips. He also installed our fridge for free. Thank you Chris!

I would highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Limbert was great. He found issue causing the leak in my bathroom right away and didn't try to Nickle and dime me. I was provided with inexpensive options to mitigate the issue and instructed me to give him a call back if the problem persist. He was on time and professional. I really appreciate the quality service and attentiveness to detail. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

No show after scheduling appointment a few days in advance. Wasted my time waiting for the team for an extra hour, and did not even receive a call with a heads up on not being able to make it. Disappointing.

Chris and his partner replaced my toilet quickly. They did not proceed with their work until I understood the cost and agreed on the amount. They wore cover on their shoes to keep my carpet clean. They left with the old toilet and all the trash that came with the new old. I highly recommend this place.

I am very happy with the HVAC service I received from Renato. He throughly explained what was wrong with my HVAC system. He was very generous with his time and help. A++Service. Will definitely call the Snell and ask for Renato for all my HVAC needs!!!

5 Stars to Arlington Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for outstanding service. Our hot water heater decided to “go on the fritz” with the upcoming holiday looming. After a phone call, Renalto showed up early to inspect our heater. We were impressed with Renalto’s analysis and trouble-shooting skills; his hard work resulted in fixing our hot water heater pronto! We will be calling Arlington PLHC for our future plumbing needs due to their superb customer service.

Limbert and his team helped me twice with my toilet and plumbing. They were excellent to work with - communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, responsive. They knew all the right things and were able to complete the jobs with no issue and in really good time. They were fair in pricing and helpful in recommending affordable options. Also important - they wore shoe coverings, which is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend and would ask for Limbert's team in particular.

I have begun to use Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling for all of our plumbing and hvac work. Renato recently came out to work on our furnace humidifier and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Renalto helped us out quickly and professionally to get our heat back. He was even able to move us up a day after previous unavoidable delays on the part. Would call again.

I highly recommend Arlington Plumbing. Claudia was so pleasant to interact with on the phone, and scheduled Mario to come by when I was in town to assess several plumbing issues in a home I inherited. He arrived promptly and communicated the problems and options to us clearly. He and Jorge showed up the next day and worked for hours to replace a hot water heater, two toilets and a garbage disposal. Other issues were discovered and Mario explained thoroughly what they were and how we should deal with them in the future. He took away the old hot water heater and he and Jorge came by the next day to remove the two older toilets. I would trust Arlington Plumbing to take care of any plumbing issue.

Limbert was fantastic! He came out the same day we requested
emergency service. Solved our clogged shower drain in a matter of minutes! I also appreciated that he read the price quote directly from his binder that had all the prices listed. That shows transparency and honesty! Lastly, he was very friendly and polite! A++ service! Highly recommend!!!

A class act. Easy to schedule a same day visit. Renato diagnosed an unusual issue with our condo heat pump and clearly explained it. Fixed the issue quickly and provided pictures for my discussion with the condo property manager. 100% recommend. Thanks.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy on the phone, I called around 10 am fully expecting to be put on the list in a few days - but was surprised to learn I can be added to 2-4 pm same day timeslot. And Renato was amazing in doing all the work thoroughly and professionally, and going beyond to show me some easy tricks for DYI maintenance in-between regular service visits.

I needed a water line installed so that I could use the water/ice feature my refrigerator. Scheduling with Ms. Claudia was easy and quick and then Chris made it happen. Despite very tight spaces, he was up for the job and was kind enough to go to the store and come back with two installation options based on cost. Because of his honesty and professional advice, I chose the better long term, high quality solution. He left my space in good condition and me in good faith to always call Arlington Plumbing first.

The plumber was great he came within 45mins from the time I called with no appointment. He was professional cleaned up and was able to retrieve the toy my son flushed down the toilet without damaging the toilet or breaking the toy. I highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

I was having issues with my humidifier and called Renalto for troubleshooting. He kept me informed about his expected arrival time, arrived promptly and after checking, found a minor fix needed with no repair work. He charged me a nominal fee of $75 to troubleshoot and also answered all my questions to help me understand how to maintain it in future. I would call him again for any issues in heating and cooling system.

Called the service today at 11am. I was surprised that the guy said he could be here at a window of 12-1pm. Then, the Guy never showed for the 12-1pm window he set. Then called again to say he was too busy but he can make it by 3pm. 20min later he texted to say sorry he will not come today……….

Suggestion box letter: Don’t lie, just to squeeze in an appointment that day. If you are booked you are booked and should not say you can make it to the appointment in less than an hour.
