Once again, Joe did an incredible job for my family. His professionalism, attention to detail, and wealth of expertise were fantastic. Our kitchen faucet's been giving us issues for months. Joe's skills and never give up attitude finally got everything all sorted out, and now it's better than new! Would absolutely go with Cherry Blossom and Joe next time and every time.

I had a great experience working with Joe to install a whole house water filtration system, among a few other repairs for our tub & shower. Joe was honest about what solutions would be effective to solve the problems we had, and transparent about the costs. He even walked me through how to do a few basic things myself, which I appreciate as a new homeowner! He is proactive and great at explaining what he’s doing. The quality of his work is excellent. We would use Joe again for any future work!

I called them late in an afternoon with a blocked pipe problem, and I was assuming they wouldn’t be able to make it for a day or two. So it was a very pleasant surprise when their representative on the phone said they would have a technician at our house within two hours (and then he got there even faster, in maybe only an hour).

The technician, Joe, was very friendly and got right to the heart of the problem. He was honest about what the service might cost, depending on what kind of equipment he might need to bring in. But then he found the easiest and most expedient fix, so he didn’t have to charge for the more expensive kinds of service (an unethical plumber might have just said they needed the heavy equipment and charged me more accordingly). Joe got the work done in only 30-45 minutes and was very professional about everything.

I chose Cherry Blossom Plumbing of the plumbing services I looked at because every review I saw about them online was very positive, and now I see why. They were great!

buyer beware!! $778 for a toilet repair. I had all the parts sent to me by Toto, toilet manufacturer. You don't need to look at main water line. He used this ploy to see what else he can sell me. he writes up a quote for over $9,000. Telling my gas tankless water heater needs a $1,200 part, and and second add to purify the water for $3,000, $150 membership and I lot tracked once of all the items he put on bid. I told repair tech., lets focus on the repair of toilet, took this individual not even 25 minutes to use my part and $778 dollars. I balked back and repair tech states - its not me, we only have two chargeable categories and I think the repair job falls under the $778. pay up, I finished the work. He added in all these other categories to confuse the customer

Val was efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service replacing our burst water heater. I’ll definitely use Cherry Blossom Plumbing again.

I had a great experience with Cherry Blossom Plumbing! Joe, the technician who came to my house, was incredibly pleasant and professional from start to finish. I had a toilet clog that needed attention, and not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also explained everything clearly and was very helpful throughout the process.

While the appointment window was a bit wide (9 AM to 1 PM), they sent me a text about an hour before arriving to let me know Joe was on his way—which I really appreciated. It made it so much easier to plan my day.

Joe was fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Plumbing is never cheap, but he clearly worked to find the most cost-effective way to fix our problem and even put in extra effort for us. I also appreciate that Cherry Blossom Plumbing is local — one of the few great ones left.

Excellent service from Joe at Cherry Blossom Plumbing. I had a snake drain and a front hose bib replaced and Joe was able to work past numerous issues in the job for a quality service on my homes plumbing. Cherry Blossom provides excellent service at a fair price for the area.

While the work is not complete yet (awaiting delivery of parts) I am confident we'll be back in business soon. Johnny came - assessed the job - and was direct and honest with me about what needs to be done in a way that gives me nothing but confidence. I appreciate the help.

Val did a stellar job. My plumbing issue required him to return to my apartment 3 times, which he cheerfully did, befriending my dog while he was working on the repair. My building water supply did not shut off the way we anticipated and he was still able to do the repair despite the warm water flowing.

I do second another commenter though, about their AI assistant answering service; the background noise and the pretend typing all designed to make you feel like you're talking to a real person didn't leave a great taste in my mouth. Totally understand the need for the AI assistant, I just prefer my AI more... Obvious. :)

Cannot leave a good enough review that explains what an amazing and thorough job Valentine did. I had a mystery leak in my kitchen. Val investigated every pipe in my house and stayed for over 3 hours to get to the bottom of this mystery! We finally found the source of the leak (neighbor’s house). Val was patient and thorough and didn’t try to “sell” me on something that I didn’t need. For reference, I had a different plumber come to my house earlier that same day for the same issue. The other plumber (Beacon) couldn’t definitively find the leak source and tried to “sell” me four different “possible causes” from my home for a total of $5,000. I’m so glad I called Cherry Blossom Plumbing to get a second opinion! I will absolutely be calling Cherry and Cherry only from here on out for all of my plumbing needs. 11/10.

Not only did our technician (Val) give us a call to let us know he was on the way, but he also took his shoes off at the door (not everyone does this!!!!) and provided us with exceptional service. He fixed our problem and advised my husband on another issue we were having. We love that this is a family-owned company, and it shows in the level of commitment they show to their customers.
