My entire experience with Roto-Rooter was top notch. Within about two hours of calling about a kitchen sink that was spitting up water, Alexander arrived at my door and went to work. He was incredibly thorough but worked fast and efficient and left everything spotless once he'd wrapped up. Everything works perfectly now. For speed and efficiency, you can't beat folks at Roto-Rooter like Alexander. Highly recommend.

Alexander did a great job getting our water hot again. He had the parts in the van for most the work and was anle to quickly run out to get the last part. Everything was done in a few hours. He did a great job explaining options and pricing. I’ll definitely use Roto Rooter again!

Alexander is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He was thorough when answering all our questions which enabled us to make the best decision. The appointment was related to preventative/maintenance treatments and we did not require any service at this time, however, I would not hesitate to utilize this company and Alexander in the future if necessary.

Had sewage coming from a hole in the basement. Quick response from roto rooter on a Sunday. Micheal came out. He was quick to diagnosis the issue and had it solved and my bathrooms up in running within a few hours. Will definitely be using them again in the future when needed.

The technician showed up an hour after the service window. He seemed out of it? Or on something? Slow and slurred speech, said “sorry…. I got lost”. Then quoted me $875 for simple drain snake. When I refused the price, he asked “what would you be willing to pay?” I gave him my price, but he couldn’t get hold of manager to confirm the price. Ended up leaving. Waste of my time. Would not recommend using this service in Arlington area.

I would like to highly recommend Alexander from Roto-Rooter. He replaced my water heater in a very professional, efficient, and organized manner. From the beginning, he clearly explained the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing the job.

His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident. He was also punctual, respectful, and left the work area clean. I would definitely request his services again and highly recommend him.

Carlos was our technician and he was fantastic, he answered all of our questions and was so patient and kind while identifying and fixing a leak for us. Not to mention, we got multiple quotes and Affordable Plumbing & Gas provided the best price.

They were very responsive. I was able to get someone out here within a couple days, which was great consider the holiday. Brian was very professional and made sure I understood what he had done. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber in the future.

Brian and Carlos were amazing in every aspect! They were responsible, on time, professional, knowledgeable, informative and super friendly! We had a lot of different things done in the last months (they came by 3 times for different things) and were impressed by their work.

I just moved into my condo a few months ago and needed a new hot water heater. Brian and Carlos were so efficient, neat and kind with replacing my water heater. I called Brian Sunday evening and I had a new hot water heater installed Tuesday morning. When my water temperature wasn’t hot enough for me, Carlos returned and adjusted the temperature. Showers are AMAZING now! Thank you both so much! I WILL be using this company again for all my plumbing needs!

Highly recommend!! Great priced!! I called Affordable plumbing for my grandmas house and couldn’t be happier! One of the valves on her toilet started leaking everywhere and she couldn’t get it shut off. Brian came out right away and replaced it; preventing any water damage to her home. He was supper affordable and respectful and didn’t try to take advantage of my grandma who lives alone. Top notch experience!!

I had a gas leak on my house line detected on Sunday afternoon and the gas control (matrix system) needed to be replaced. Gas was shut down, so no heat, no water.
I called Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC late on Sunday. Montiel called me back quickly understood the issue and scheduled a technician for Monday morning between 8-10 am.
At 8:10 I got a message that the technician was on his way. He did a great job, checked everything, especially that there was no more gas leak. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions/concerns.
The price was exactly what I was told.
Very satisfied.

Brian is first such a nice guy! He is very professional and always responsive. The process itself was long when dealing with insurance companies, but he was with me for every step along the way. I really appreciate his knowledge about his craft and he was always on time. I am very appreciative and satisfied of the work that Brian completed for me and I highly recommend Brian for any of your plumming needs!

I had the best service of any contractor I have ever used in my life! Brian and his partner worked tirelessly to repair my problem. Even when it seemed hopeless, they continued on and were able to fix it completely. I would recommend this company to everyone! Marvelous job!!

Had two toilets go out at the same time. Was recommended by our home warranty company. They called about 15 minutes out. Showed up in the first 30 mins of their 2 hr window. Had the parts in stock. Completed repairs on both toilets in about an hour (it was a known defective part for American Standard Toilets).

I was really glad I called them. Brian was professional and went extra mile to diagnose my garbage disposal, someone else might have said need new disposal but Brian pointed out it was only 4 years old, and actually just had some small pieces of glass in it from when I had accident in the kitchen, he didn't stop until all of them were removed. He only charged me half the usual diagnostic fee, I really appreciated that.

He apprenticed with another large plumbing firm that I've used in the past. I was happy with them but not so much their prices, feel they gouged me last time they came, to be honest.

Even though he didn't replace or install any plumbing items, I feel I'm in capable and HONEST hands, so I'll use them from now on, I already told my brother if he needs plumbing to call them.

Brian was friendly and knowledgeable and solved our gas fireplace issue quickly.

I needed a plumbing company to stop the water hammering problem at my home. I previous had a bad experience not getting this fixed by another company. The operator for Affordable Plumbing took my info and wanted me to send pics what the previous company did. I had a tech Monday morning at a reasonable time, operator gave me a courtesy call to let me know the technician was on his way. The tech who came was Carlos, he explained to me and showed me the cause of the problem, he was very informative. Techincian did some repairs and fixed the problem. Going into two days after, I don't hear any water hammering. I wish I called them sooner, I feel they value their customers. I have recommended a co-worker of mine to call them in case they have plumbing issues.

I do appliance repair and Brian at affordable plumbing has been helping me and my customers for the last 4 years. One time he even came rushing to help me with a emergency late on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend. Great guy and does great work!

Quick turnaround from when i called this business , and when Brian and his helper arrived they were very polite and professional. Not only did they provide my service but they also educated me and my family on the service and how to prolong the efficiency and life on my plumbing. I had a shower handle that was hard to pull out and turn , and incorrectly installed to begin with. He fixed it and it’s been an amazing difference on my mom who has bursitis on her scapula. Also my garbage disposal was not working and his technician was able to fix it quickly as well. I also got a new faucet installed and a water heater. All within a reasonable price. He truly is AFFORDABLE plumbing ! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family any day.
