This was a follow up treatment due to the original one being done so poorly. I also got multiple stories from customer service when I contacted them to complain about the issue. Today the job was done properly

TRUGREEN showed up today to apply fertilizer, weed and grub control in one application.
Jason F was my technician today.
He was very pleasant to talk to and explained what he was doing today.

Johnnie Chow does a great job! He always checks in with us to see if we have questions. He is very knowledgeable and noticed the sedge grass even though I just mowed the lawn. Thanks Johnie. You are my favorite technician.

I have been with Trugreen for 3 homes now. They have always strived to earn my business and make things right when or if I was wronged. The past 2 years at my new home have gone over without a hitch. I have been provided outstanding customer service. I will continue to use this service for my lawn.

6/13 I am at my wits end with TruGreen. We paid in advance for mosquito control, they have only come once, we are supposed to be on our third treatment. We schedule, they cancel. They are very good at selling this product, but do not deliver. Have called managers, customer service, all very pleasant, yet no results. Will be seeking a full refund, don’t waste money, they don’t care.
6/17 They finally came today. When they come they, do a great job and the product works well. They really need to figure out thier scheduling process. Johnnie gets 5 stars as usual.
7/10 Needed a follow up on weeds. Aldrick who has done my lawn before did a great job, 5 stars, took the time to address and explain problem areas. Hopefully the scheduling issues are worked out.
9/19 Aeration and Seeding today. Aldrick did an amazing job. He is very thorough, got all the nooks and crannies of the yard.

TruGreen is the best in the name of Lawn Care. I have seen tremendous change in my lawn since I contracted them early this year. Their people are exceptional, professional and knowledgeable about their work especially Mr. Johnnie Chow of Ashland, VA, who I am always happy to see working on my property.

If you're thinking about using True Green as your lawn care service. I highly recommend asking for Johnny C! He is incredible!

Faith A did a wonderful job. She had to come because the first person that seeded and aerated did a horrible job. I recommend her as she took her time and did it correctly.

The team from TruGreen aerated and seeded my lawn today. The tracking feature on their app let me know exactly when they were coming. Vernon C and his coworker explained what they would be doing and effectively answered my questions regarding mowing and watering requirements. They were done quickly and efficiently.

Johnny Chow is friendly, polite, and hard working. I appreciate his dedication and explanation of work done. Give Mr. Chow an A+ for me.

Have been using the service for many years and my yard looks amazing. It was a giant mess before hiring this company. Mr. Millhouse and Mr. Don we're at my house seeding at 7:30 this morning working up a sweat and I appreciate their work very much!

Kara did her job the best that she could? William was very nice. THE PROBLEM For the sixth time, I have dropped off your schedule. The story with us is all in your notes. We have been very patient. And I'm trying to give you guys a chance, BUT WE ALSO HAD NO CHOICE, BECAUSE YOU MESSED UP OUR YARD. SO BAD WITH STRIPES AND missing the prime time in the spring. You would think with the weeds being so hard to kill that you guys would stay on track and try to fix your mistake.
But again YOU MISSED US in prime time if I hadn't of called we would of been missed! My yard needs October treatment for a better spring, that was in the Notes from the manager and when the rep called me she also noted Oct. I called the help desk 10/24 and we were not on the schedule! You have 3 accounts in my neighborhood along with mine... maybe more but the 3 I know of are my neighbors.
Very disappointed! I have request several times for someone that is in upper management to call me to try and help fix this but that has not happened.

Best in the business without a doubt! Their technician Johnnie Chow is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Companies need more employees like him.

Lawn conditions are not being observed by service management to ensure conditions are improving and services adjusted as necessary. Just a string of scheduled technicians doing different tasks and billing me as my lawn deteriorates yearly. TruGreen as a company does not have managers that observe customer lawns to ensure a quality outcome.

Johnnie Chow was my specialist today and I wanted to give him a big shoutout. It’s been raining non-stop but Johnnie still came out to do the job — and all with a smile on his face. He was professional and respectful of my property. Also, he made it a point to communicate everything he was doing and why. Great attitude and job well done 👍🏼

0/5 TruGreen tech completed at an unauthorized application of herbicide to my property mistaken my house for my neighbors which ultimately killed my front and 1/2 rear lawn. I have called and gotten nothing but tossed around for this to be mitigated.

Brent and his staff explained exactly what they thought was needed for the lawn. They were all very knowledgeable of what was being done and they all had great customer service.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We use True Green for our lawn care needs. True Green’s technicians take their time answering our questions. They are personable and knowledgeable. Best of all our lawn looks GREAT!
