Matt came out and got my heat back up and running. He was also great about explaining what was going on with my heating and what the source of the issue was. He was great to work with and I highly recommend Matt's work. He provided great technical service and excellent customer service!

Won’t show up and do the service they’re supposed to. No word on what’s needed to be fixed or what solutions there are. Horrible company and lady on phone is rude

Highly recommend Howell's!! My heat went out (on the coldest day of the year, of course) and everyone I talked to were so helpful, even before they came out. They have great communication and when a technician was on the way, they let me know and sent me a photo of who to expect. Matthew was super professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Grateful to have the heat back on with 20 degree weather!

We have used their service and after a small issue with the repair they came back to fix the problem. So far we are happy with their work and would recommend this company to friends and family!!

I’ve called multiple times asking for heat and they’ve done nothing but come here and not fix anything or give me an update or fix the issue but instead just wasting two months of back and forth and no follow ups this is ridiculous and lady on phone is rude I wouldn’t recommend this company or anything until they fix the issue which seems impossible to them. Very disappointed with how this company operates. It’s very cold and they’re treating it like everything is normal

My AC went out on a very warm Friday evening. The repair took about an hour and a half as the motor on the inside part of the unit was not working. The technician was great, providing information as needed, was prompt on arrival. Howell's has been my HVAC company for about 10 years and I have no complaints.

Called yesterday with no heat downstairs. They were fully booked but had someone here at 6:45 am today. Heat was working by 8 am New capacitor and $445 later. Appreciate the photo they sent with info on the guy coming. A nice touch to make you feel safe.

My experience with Howell’s is only a few months, but everyone, from C.L., the owner, down to and including the gals who answer the phone, everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t say enough about this home-town, family-run business.
Today, two fellows (Ricky and A.J.) came to my house to clean the HVAC vents and ducts. They arrived on time, took a walk with me through the house and explained what they were going to do every step of the way. Since duct cleaning is something one can’t check behind, the home owner has to ask questions. Better yet is to find that the crew leader is answering your questions before you ask. That tells you that ‘this ain’t their first rodeo’.
Professionally respectful of you, your time and your home. Five stars.

Highly recommend. From scheduling to assessment to repair Howell's was a pleasure to work with. Communication was "just right." John was professional, friendly, and obviously experienced. They are our go-to for anything that they handle.

I reached out to Howell’s to fix my heat pump after a frustrating experience with a home warranty technician, who was unable to diagnose the issue and actually left the unit with wires disconnected. The difference with Howell's was night and day. The technician was courteous, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. He was accompanied by a trainee, and I was impressed by how he took the time to explain the diagnostic process to both the trainee and myself. He quickly identified the root cause as a bad contactor and repaired it. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Howell’s for their transparency and expertise.

I called about or heat pump not starting. They determined the system was still under warranty. John came out the next day and got it up and running. He was very professional and efficient. I even purchased their service plan. Thank you Howell's.

Poor guy was here all day but he completed everything. Had ducts cleaned and sanitized , had no heat downstairs, fuses were replaced and wiring fixed. Very professional .
