We had a burst water pipe to a hot water heater that needed to repaired asap. F.H. Furr quickly responded to our needs. Obtaining a service appointment was easy and friendly.Text communication was accommodating and kept me regularly informed. Malcolm, who performed the service did a great job repairing the leak. He was efficient, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely use this plumbing service again if and when needed.

Excellent service. Called for an emergent issue and they were at my house fixing it within the hour. Mark Graham was my technician and he was efficient, professional and explained everything clearly. Fixed the issue within ten minutes of arrival. Will definitely be using again for any future plumbing needs.

My heat stopped working as temperatures took an extreme low prior to the ice storm in Richmond last week. Tim Wiley was able to come out on very little notice and assess the unit/issue. He was very thorough and respectful. He was able to diagnose the issue and it was fixed prior to the storm hitting. I joined their membership program, which seemed very reasonably priced, to ensure I was doing all proper maintenance on my HVAC. So far my service experience has been great.

RJ did an excellent job. Our heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. House purchased only months ago, so we had no relationship with HVAC service company. We called because of name recognition- but really did not know about reputation. RJ was responsive, and went above and beyond with securing the necessary part and returned exactly as promised to get us up and running. He was professional, informative and competent. We will be regular customers going forward. Thanks RJ.

2/13/26 Richard did my plumbing inspection and was very thorough and professional. 11/28/25 David was very professional and walked me through my options on my hot water heater. Work was completed in a professional manner and quickly.

After conducting research and finding an outstanding builder (MAC General Contractor) to construct our dream log home on Leesville Lake in 2016. We wanted to protect our investment from potential damage caused by neglecting issues with a preventive maintenance program. Tim Madril recently came out to correct a drain replacement in our bath and was friendly and very knowledgeable in advising us how to best protect our log cabin from potential plumbing issues. Tim (our service technician) provided a recommended plan designed to meet our requirements to maintain that safety protection plan. Tim is very welcoming and determined to provide the best guidance and timely assistance to resolve any plumbing issues. The maintenance services performed by Tim was thorough and holistic. We would highly recommend Davis Heating, Air, Electric and Plumbing and Tim as your service provider. He is both professional and dedicated to resolving any issue that comes his way. What kind of joke is this company. They claim that they are open 24 hrs. The point they missed is the fact they are to render service at anytime, not that I have to wait until the office is open. Well I can call them during their business hours. So this proofs dishonesty. They are lying from the get go.
