I paid for diagnosis of pool heater. Green Air had an upcharge of nearly $900 for parts, therefore I ordered parts and paid Green Air to do the labor. Within days, the pool heater stopped working. I had to pay for them to check the pool heater again. I was informed I needed to replace a different part. I ordered part and paid for labor and within days the pool heater stopped working again. After paying for 4 visits, my pool heater still does not work. Stay away from this company.

Andrew and Robert were amazing! Great customer service and more than capable with technical expertise. They diagnosed and fixed our issue that has been persistent over 3 years and multiple HVAC contractors. Green Air for the win!

Brenden and Taylor came out for my plumbing inspection and did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. They gave me a lot of information and explained everything. I highly recommend Brenden and Taylor!

5/5 Stars – Mark Graham: Plumber, Magician, and My New Personal Hero

So there I was, standing in my living room, watching water cascade from my ceiling like some kind of cursed indoor waterfall. I stared at it, mouth open, half expecting a mermaid to pop out and offer me life advice. Spoiler: No mermaid. Just panic.

Enter Mark Graham, the plumbing superhero who arrived like a calm, knowledgeable knight in a cargo pants. He spent the afternoon diagnosing, fixing, and most importantly, keeping me from spiraling into a full blown homeowner meltdown. Turns out, my ceiling wasn’t auditioning for a fountain show; it just needed a pro.

Mark didn’t just fix the problem, he made the whole ordeal feel like a minor hiccup instead of the apocalypse I’d imagined. Professional? Absolutely. Knowledgeable? Without a doubt. Kind? Like a plumber sent from the heavens.

I’m hoping I never need his services again (no offense, Mark), but if I do, I’ll be calling him faster than you can say “water damage.” Thank you for saving my sanity and my ceiling!!!

We have a new water heater! Chris Stephens hung in with us and got it done. Mike Stohr worked on HVAC filters and breakers so that we don’t blow out our mini split and the recently Furr installed HVAC. We knew it would cost but it wasn’t as much as we expected. We like the F.H. Furr group. Everyone they send has been pleasant and professional.

Good company, fair work, and worth the sloghtly.more to know it is being done right the first time. David did a solid job. And Ashante did great. What caught me was how much my previous company missed with their review and now I have a lot of work (legitimately) that needs to be done.

David Speight was our technician yesterday, and he did an excellent job. He not only fixed the low voltage fuse which had stopped our unit from providing heat, he also offered suggestions for ways to help our system have a longer life. We had an overdue maintenance visit due on another system, and he took care of that while he was here. He documented everything and sent us an email with photos. We give him 5 starts as a technician.

Drain specialist Donovan was great. Cleared a blockage we had been told would require digging up. Handled every concern with professionalism and empathy. Not cheap but ended up saving us thousands in the long run. Worth every penny!

I am very happy with the team of technicians of Joshua and Dajuan who installed my new HVAC system. I can't say enough about how professional and thorough they were from beginning to end. 5 Stars all the way.

Highly recommended first off. They were the follow-up second opinion after a lackluster technician from another company left me uneasy about outlay of expense to replace my waterheater. Richard was super professional and prioritized the job, which was much appreciated, with a recent newborn family situation. He was super knowledgeable, clear and upfront about cost options, and did great work fixing the problem! Coworker Brendan came to assist on his day-off—> big shoutout! Max Thompson was excellent. He took the time to explaine everything that was going on with our current HVAC system and how this new system will improve the air flow. Even though they had to make a second trip to swap out the air handler because of a warehouse error, everything went smooth. I couldn't be more pleased. I give Max and F. H. Furr a thumbs up.

My experience was excellent! David was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He did an outstanding job diagnosing the problems with my HVAC system and his explanations were clear and thorough. He found some problems that I would never have otherwise been aware of so I'm glad he took the time to check everything. I liked that he created a detailed list of all my repair options and explained each one in enough detail for my layman's understanding. Overall I felt like he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to others!

I had two services today. One for my plumbing issue. The technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why. He also found the problem told me what he would need to do to fix it and the cost. The other technicians were here for my HVAC issue. They were very pleasant young men. They found the problem told me what needed to happen to fix it. They were patient and kind when they saw that I was upset about the news I received. They gave me the time I needed to get myself together and we scheduled a time to come back to go over next steps. Overall my experience was great.

Lucas came over to do a check on my older aquatherm unit as I wasnt getting the heat I was hoping for. He was courteous, clean and explained everything thoroughly. He reviewed the existing system, and we reviewed some of the options moving forward. At no point was there any pushy sales push, and he politely answered all the followup questions I had.

I had a great experience with this company! Their dispatch was friendly and quick to get me on the schedule. Mark Graham was the plumber who came out and he was very informative and patient with all my questions. He was obviously very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. 10/10 would recommend

Mark Graham conducted a plumbing inspection for us today. Such a pleasant experience. Mark is very knowledgeable about how plumbing works around a house. He made suggestions to make our life easier, for products that can help us; but I did not feel any pressure to buy. 5 star experience!

Trevor was on time, friendly, efficient and gave me some excellent suggestions on follow-up products for the future. Trevor was a very polite and friendly man and I would enjoy having him to come back whenever FH fur needs to service this address. Give that guy a raise
