AC went out at the start of Labor Day weekend, called Green Air on the recommendation of a friend! They came that evening and were extremely thorough. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately, took pictures to show me what we were dealing with. Jonathan was amazing, very knowledgeable and polite. He was honest about the timeframe for the repair and the quote was reasonable. He even helped me troubleshoot a way to get some relief in the meantime. My friend did not lie, this company is truly wonderful and I look forward to them completing my repair.

So Green Air came out to my house 11/14/2024 after waking up at 2 am with my main power breaker being tripped because of my upstairs unit. Jonathan was my technician and very friendly and told me what the problem was. He fixed it in a short amount of time and gave me options on fixing it. I would recommend Green air to anyone that asks for a hvac service.

I was so impressed by the Green Air Inc., technicians who came to our house to repair one of our 3 heat pumps which decided to break down on one of the hottest days of summer! They were extremely polite and efficient. I was also grateful that they went into the crawl space under the house and changed the filter for us as well. That's a task that we never enjoy! We now have an annual Maintenance Contract with Green Air which is a fraction of the cost that our former HVAC company charged. Thanks Green Air!!

As always Austin Weaver was very helpful and efficient, as well as pleasant and engaging. At our age, being without air conditioning in 100 degree weather is very concerning. Austin arrived earlier than expected and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Green Air and Austin.

The two gentlemen that came out for our semiannual checkup service were very polite and professional. After their visit I feel confident everything is working properly with no issues. They assured me that if some problem should arise that they were just a phone call away.

Showed up on time.
Checked the system. Identified & fixed a couple small issues.
Provided a detailed explanation of what he did.
Made sure I understood what he did & answered all my questions.

Jonathan saved our weekend! It was finally warming up outside, so of course our HVAC decided it wouldn’t blow cold anymore- a stressful problem for a young family with 2 kids under 2 that are still working on sleeping through the night. We called Green Air after a friend recommended, as we were having issues that our normal A/C repair guy said would cost ~$1100 and require ordering parts and gas. Figuring a second opinion wouldn’t hurt, we asked them to come and provide a diagnosis and estimate.

They were on time, polite, and got right to work. They didn’t mind that I was running around frenzied trying to get my toddlers off to daycare, or that my two large dogs were very interested in washing their hands and faces before they got any work done.

I was too busy to watch much of what they were doing, which is a luxury in itself- to trust the people coming into my home. That trust paid off though as within a couple of hours our exalted HVAC savior made his reappearance with good news. With his keen eye for troubleshooting and his refusal to run with the easiest assumption, Jonathan sniffed out that what we thought was a bad valve requiring cutting, torches, gasses, and parts- turned out to be just a poorly secured wire. He had the HVAC working again immediately and at no additional cost for parts and service.

That day made a lifelong customer of me. I signed up immediately for their priority customer plan and STILL spent less than 1/3 what I was about to pay just to order parts and gas and have to wait, only to find the parts wouldn’t have been required anyway.

In summation, if you find yourself like I did- in a bind and needing the nerdiest HVAC guy you’ve ever met to show up and get you answers in a hurry- call Green Air. And if you’re able to, ask for Jonathan Harnois.

Great folks to have servicing your HVAC systems! Just had my 6 month checkup under contract for the two AC units. Jonathan checked all functions on the outside and inside components to make sure no problems are about to happen. I've been using this company for years, and always have very polite, professional young men come out for routine or emergency services. Always a great experience!
