Jonathan was a good tech! Professional and knowledgeable. 3 stars is only because the pricing was not clear. I thought I was paying 90 for an inspection but that was just for them to come out. It was another 140 for the inspection. It feels pretty deceitful of the company to not be upfront with their pricing.

Chris Doggett did a perfect job. The gilman office and all the employees were professional and on time as always. Gilman will always be my first choice to for plumbing, heating cooling and electrical.

Had work done at my job by Gilman, them came out within a reasonable time. Our tech Christopher was on time and got right on the job. Got the work done in a decent amount of time for a good price. Always recommend Gilman to all friends and family as they always do such great work!

I was very pleased with the timeliness & professional service I received from Cody. The price was reasonable & within two days of contacting Gilman, our heat pump was repaired & back to working normally.

We use Gilman heating cooling and plumbing for both HVAC & plumbing. We have their plumbing maintenance plan. I highly recommend the plumbing maintenance because the discounts were a perk today. Joshua was efficient, did a great job explaining everything and cleaned up well behind himself. His kind demeanor was even felt by my old anxious dog which I took note of & I appreciated!

My technician name was Christopher. He did a fabulous job. My water wasn't on for a certain amount of days, and he came in, him and a trainee, and they solved the problem. Now we have water. We are very appreciative. I suggest that if you have a plumbing problem, call Gilman. I'm glad I did.

I called Gilman when another plumber I used for previous jobs could not find the source of a leak. The technician, Josh, quickly found the leak and resolved the issue completely. He made sure I understood and asked multiple times if I had any questions. Some time later I got a call from the office making sure I had no further issues. The previous plumber I used has never called to check in when I’ve spent thousands of dollars. I really appreciate Gilman calling after such a small job & the work Josh did and will be using them in the future!

Gilman tech Jeremy Henline was great and very knowledgeable when it comes to servicing my HVAC system. He showed to my house early then expected and went right to work fixing the heating system. He kept me informed of what he needed to do and Gilman gave me a discount on the new thermostat that needed to be installed. I felt comfortable with him being in my home and he was a pleasant to meet! He’s a awesome HVAC technician!

Calvin Phelps was very personable and professional and knowledgable. He explained features of the water heater well. Did not purchase from Gilman because the price was more than I could afford.

A pipe burst that caused me to have to shut off water to the entire house. They got a plumber here within hours and water was restored within an hour of his arrival. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable in his trade. And my dog loved him.

Gilman was great. We had two unrelated urgent plumbing issues two weeks apart over the holidays. Gilman made extra efforts to make sure both issues were completely taken care of as quickly as possible - more quickly than we thought was going to be possible. Highly recommended.

Called 10 plumbers on super bowl Sunday for a burst pipe emergency... Only one other was responsive, but Gilman came through first. The tech, Chris, called personally to say he was on his way, and was professional, personable, and got the job done quickly so we could turn the water back on and be stay in our house overnight. Had a great experience with this company and their employees. Had a bad fuse that kept tripping the breaker and would cut my heat off. John Crosby the electrician and his helper Jacob were super nice, quick, and efficient. Jacob even volunteered to carve a walking path for my family as my sidewalk was solid ice. All around great experience, and they will be the first ones I call whenever I run into an issue (just hopefully no time soon).

The technician, Calvin, showed up ahead of schedule and was very thorough in his assessment of what was going on with our water heater. It required a quick turnaround which he was able to get scheduled on Monday! I also felt the quote received from Gilman was very reasonable.
