Green Air did a great job with our install of a new HVAC system at our office in Goochland. It started with a diagnosis of the existing unit, 23 years old...no saving it. They were also able to get us a quote on fixing a heater in our warehouse at the same time. Then a very competitive quote from Quinn for our dual fuel system. Finally, Chris and Dequan did an excellent job installing the system and getting cold air flowing again. Michelle in the office has also been really helpful at every step and called the next day to see how it all went. Very professional operation and team. Thankful to work with them.

Green Air came out twice to fix our non-heating, non-cooling Trane heat pump, the first time it's been serviced since it was installed about 14 years ago. Yay Trane! The first trip with Andy and his assistant was the rough one, a lot of diagnosis, replacing bad parts, looking for a tiny leak and adding more coolant.They spent several hours and got the system working well for the mixed up temperatures of April. Andy kept me well informed and explained the problems along the way. Two more parts needed replacement, but had to be ordered.
The second trip with Berkeley went pretty well and didn't take as much time as estimated to replace the two parts. He was just as pleasant and informative as Andy. Although by then, most of my questions had been answered.
The bills seemed high, but what doesn't these days? Plus, given it hadn't been touched for 14 years, it wasn't that bad if you average it over time. What Green Air was able to do was offer me financing through Good Leap, for 12 months same as cash, which was a big help.
Everyone I dealt with was great, and I would use Green Air again.

Green Air installed our HVAC system when our house was built 14 years ago. The system has performed flawlessly since except for a couple of fan motor capacitors. We have purchased a maintenance agreement for the past several years. Green Air’s technicians have always been great with their ability, professionalism, and friendly attitude.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The technician gave me a courtesy call beforehand to let me know when he’d be arriving, which was a nice touch. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Everything was explained clearly and handled with transparency. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!

100% recommend this company and its people. Jonathan Harnois came out tonight after hours to help get our A/C back up and running. He not only did that but he was incredibly knowledgeable and could answer every question I had for him. Highly recommend Green Air and its technicians. Austin was very knowledgeable and polite. He did repair a few burnt wires and also notified us of a leak in one of our bathroom pipes under the house. I love getting the report after, telling us everything he did. Great job! Great company! Great Service!!! Thank you Austin and Green Air!!!

Have not had a lot of luck finding good repair companies for my Electrofreeze equipment but Green Air has been the best so far.
They respond quickly and communicate clearly. The technicians I've encountered (Jonathan and Alex) were very kind and didn't mind me pestering them with questions. I would suggest this company to all ice cream shop owners in the area. They seem to have experience with all the current brands.

Berkeley and Alex were great to talk to and very easy going. They were also very knowledgeable about my geothermal system and were able to get it running in no time at all. Berkley took the time to explain everything he was doing in great detail which made me understand everything he was telling me. We have been dealing with Green Air for over 8 years now and I will not call any other company to assist me with my geothermal system. Great people to deal with from the office staff to the field technicians. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

This was absolutely the best interaction I've ever had with a contractor. Austin was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. He was polite. If he didn't know the answer, he sought out the answer. He did everything he needed to do to correct the problem.

Jonathan from Green Air was dispatched to my home to take care of a problem I’ve been experiencing with my geothermal system for quite some time. This was my first time using Green Air and they did not install the system, which is only two years old. Jonathan readily identified the problem and solved it. He also identified several other issues that were not addressed by the original installer. I was given a very reasonable estimate and look forward to having these issues resolved. Jonathan was obviously very knowledgeable, efficient, and a great communicator! I have never used Green Air before…but I wish I had known them before installing the system two years ago. Super service! Strongly recommend!

Customer service on the office side does really well with following up making sure everything was taken care of. I have a maintenance agreement with Green Air. They are by far the best hvac company I have ever worked with. They come out every six months (they call and remind me when I’m due) and fine tune my system and take great care that it functions reliably and efficiently. Love them

Green Air has provided our semi-annual HVAC service for the past 2 years now and we are completely satisfied with their customer service and reasonable cost. The technician calls to let us know when he is on the way, arrives on time, then fully inspects, tests, and services our two dual fuel systems (electric/propane heat pumps).
