My technician David Speight was amazing.

He went above and beyond to help get my HVAC system fixed and when we realized that it would make more sense to replace it, he didn’t just push me off to the sales team (which didn’t have an appointment available). Instead he called the management directly and facilitated a same day replacement.

I can’t recommend him enough

I’ve had F.H Furr come out twice to my house now. Jimmy came out to our house and installed some ceiling fan boxes and ran power to them. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. David came out to inspect our hvac unit and he was very thorough with his inspection and was very helpful! I highly recommended F.H Furr for all of your household needs and will continue to use them in the future.

Mark Graham was our tech to help basically reinstall the garbage disposal we installed ourselves but had resulted in a steady leak. The patience this man exercised was other worldly. It was affirming to learn that we hadn't installed anything incorrectly, but he had to switch out some parts he had on hand to secure it properly. He did a great job and did so with calm and composure.

First, I can only imagine how busy you all are during this holiday time when customers are expecting company, and every call seems like an emergency to us all. Donovan came in and calmly assessed the situation. He was informative re: the possible causes for my bathroom plumbing issues. He was extremely thorough as he utilized the equipment needed to determine the cause, which was a blockage in the pipes, and completely repaired the problem. I am so impressed and appreciative of the rapid response and his knowledgable service. I highly recommend Donovan Miller and F.H. Furr Plumbing Service. Thank you so much!!

David was great! He did a excellent job very detailed inspection of my system. The only problem that I had is waiting for a technician to come. I was told a technician would be at my house the day before he came. That technician came with no tools. Then I was told that a technician would be there the next morning, it was late afternoon before someone came. The service was free with my membership.

Really great experience with this plumbing inspection. Mark Graham was very professional, on time, and easy to talk to. He did a thorough check, explained things clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on without any pressure. Gave me a lot of peace of mind. Would definitely recommend!

​Malcom came by today to do ​the ​a​annual plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining each part of the inspection! During the inspection, we discussed the relocation of the water heater (it's in currently in a not so ideal location that's causing issues). He called Austin, an electrician that is also with FH Furr, to come by and give his additional thoughts and estimates on the project. Austin was also great at being thorough and explaining every piece of the project. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr and am happy I choose them!

So quick update. I did have the HVAC cleaned. And Landon arrived timely. He was personable and professional. No mess left behind. And reminded me he would be back later in the year as part of my maintenance agreement. Typically, good service stops once the job is complete. But he remembered. Awesome!

So knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions which really helped. I’m naturally curious, so I tend to have lots of questions about how things work. Landon explained everything thoroughly.

Donovan was amazing! He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, visually inspected my system, and developed a clear game plan. He had my plumbing problem diagnosed quickly and efficiently.

Not only did he solve and take care of the problem, but he also went above and beyond by checking the moisture levels of my floors due to their exposure to sewage water. I am very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

We have been using FH Furr as members for 3 years now & have been highly satisfied with their service. For example: We had Jeremiah come by for our Semi-Annual HVAC inspection this morning. He was timely, friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the price of their services/repairs are on the high end. It's not a reflection of the staff (they are always wonderful from reminders, scheduling, through visits). I suspect it has to do with the overhead for a large company.
We will continue using them because their monthly membership is affordable and helps us catch concerns before they become issues. Keep up the great work!

We needed three new toilets installed. We called to schedule an appointment and was able to get same day service at a decent price. Richard did an excellent job within a decent time. We have become preferred members and will definitely be using F.H. Furr again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Jeffrey did an excellent job completing the service at my home. The whole installation process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked steadily, and had everything done in a very reasonable timeframe. The new HVAC system and thermostat were installed perfectly, and he also changed out my filters and made sure I knew exactly how to use the new setup before leaving.

What I really appreciated most is how clean and respectful he was of my home. You can barely tell anyone was even working here — everything was left spotless. Overall, Jeffrey provided outstanding service and made the entire experience stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied.

Tuesday, 12/2/25, Danny Shapiro came to do our HVAC 6 month checkup. Danny did a fantastic job and was very professional and businesslike. Danny discovered on inspection of our upstairs (16 year old system) that it had seen better days. Danny has had extensive training and was able to present and quote a price on 4 different ways we could choose for a new system.
We did not have to wait for a sales person or someone to take care of our immediate need. What a great convenience and time saving blessing. Bottom line / Danny was able to arrange for our new install for today 12/3/25. The FH Furr install crew is here as I complete this review and are hard at their job right now.

Danny was able to provide a one stop shop for us and answer all our questions and concerns. What a great thing to have when it's 36 degrees outside.

Chris did an amazing job! He has great people skills and was a pleasure to work with. Even though it was a Sunday night, he had such a great attitude and made sure to solve the problems we had with our system. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable! I see a great future for this young man!

The plumber by the name of Nick Doan worked diligently and prompt with preparing two of my toilets today. He kept me very informed throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable at the job and takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend Davis Plumbing in Lynchburg they are very professional and communicate very well with you.

Michael Stoher and Mark Graham were both such great representatives of your company! They explained every step of our HVAC and plumbing inspections and were courteous and friendly. Their suggestions were clear and relevant, but I did not feel pressured. A very positive experience overall.

Additional visit: I called the office re: an error message on the thermostat during the 2026 "Ice Age". Ryan W was here within 2 hours and did a thorough check of the system. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and shared a great deal of information about our HVAC system. Very pleased.

Ruchard D. is good, very good at his craft. Anyone calling in for plumbing service or installation will be fortunate to have him take the call. The water heater installation went well within a short timeframe. After completion, the unit worked well and looks great. The area was cleaned up, and the old unit was removed. Thanks to Richard and F.H. Furr.

Ryan and Edgar were amazing. With a 75 year old house and a 22 year old furnace, I was anticipating receiving a laundry list of recommendations and pressure to do a ton of work or replace the entire system. They were here for 3 hours and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and show me pictures and videos of my system. Many of the recommendations were small items that I could handle myself and they walked me through whst needed to be done and where I could buy the items required. They aren't even getting compensated on those pieces but took as much time and care on those pieces as the more complicated pieces that would need to be handled by a professional. I have lived in my home for 10 years and finally feel like I have an understanding of my furnace/HVAC system and can make an informed decision about how to move forward. I felt like Ryan and Edgar went above and beyond to make sure I came away with options that are best for ME and explained why each recommendation made was important rather than trying to sell me on solutions that would be beneficial to the company or to themselves. I'm so grateful for Ryan and Edgar and will be using FH Furr for all my HVAC/plumbing/electrical need moving forward.

We thought Landon was wonderful. Very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. Very polite and professional. He double checked to make sure our HVAC was still under warranty. Service was top-notch!

My full system heat pump replacement was great from start to finish. Joey S. was the only person who came for a quote and noticed my attic and electrical panel needed extra work and quoted me upfront. He was informative and helped me through the decision, along with getting the price where I needed it. My installation by Joshua P. was also fantastic. He was kind and knowledgeable, and explained all the fixes and changes he made, along with info about how my new system works. He made extra replacements to pieces of my system that were not up to standard beyond what I was quoted and expected. F.H. Furr may have been more expensive than others upfront, but their guarantees on quoted price, and quality of work made it well worth the extra 10%.
