We had an amazing first service visit with Gilman Heating and specifically their technician, Steven Garnett. He was so thorough and friendly. We have used other companies in the past, but this was the best service that we’ve ever received on our unit. 👏 Love that they offer monthly payments for the service contract!!!

Johnathan was great! Outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the burned-out furnace switch and had my heat restored in record time. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
What really stood out was how clean and respectful he was of my home. When he finished, it was like he had never been there. No mess, no hassle, just results.
Bonus points for his great patience with my very inquisitive puppy, who insisted on being his “assistant” the entire time. He handled it with good humor and professionalism.
Fast response, quality work, and heat back on the same day. Excellent job and highly recommended.

I’m giving this company a full 5 stars mainly because they did not push or bribe me with discounts for a 5 star review, like some other companies do, which I truly appreciated.

When our heat went out overnight, they were able to get us scheduled the same day and even called to come earlier than the original 3–5 pm window. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our system in a clear, easy-to-understand way without being condescending. He also provided helpful maintenance tips and was honest about what to expect in the future.

I will definitely be calling them first for any future heating issues.

Needed a bath tub relacement. Left a 4-6 inch gap around the tub and was told after the fact that we needed to find a carpenter to fix the gap that they left. Tub was replaced with a bathtub that was the incorrect size which now blocked the sink. Had to ask them to return to move the blocked sink after they had said that the job was completed. Phone calls are not returned.

Gilman is a good company with Great customer service! I have used them for both HVAC & Plumbing needs and once after hours for an emergency call. They show up when they say they are going to and always let you know when they are on the way. Joe an HVAC tech and Noah a plumbing tech are both great! Probably not the cheapest service out there, but they guarantee there labor with a one year warranty!

We had our plumbing inspection this morning and Chris actually was available early, so there was no waiting. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and addressed a couple of small (to him) issues while onsite at no additional charge. His recommendations on our older equipment issues seem on point and we will certainly be following up. A 7-7ear Gilman veteran that they will hopefully take care of for the foreseeable future and beyond.

Gilman is always great. Easy to get in touch with via phone. Always shows up on time. Very communicative. Staff is always friendly and thorough. Any work the have done at my house last and they stand behind it. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Thank you

We have worked with Gilman for over a decade. They recently conducted a full house plumbing inspection for us and found that a drain pipe from a downstairs shower was not connected, so leaking straight into our crawl space. Today Chris came out and repaired that, so we are good to go. Always professional and courteous, I strongly recommend Gilman to anyone looking for plumbing and hvac services that they can rely on.

Gilman is very dependable, professional, and responded very quickly. I lost my heat over night. The temperature was extremely low, around 17 degrees. Called at 8:00am and Gilman representative was at my house by 10:00am. Had the heat back up and running around 10:30am. Very professional and customer service excellent. I truly trust Gilman and have utilized their services since 2019. Thank you for always providing excellent service from beginning to the end.

Extremely grateful for having a technician come the same day I called about losing all water pressure and water in the house. Can’t thank the office staff enough for keeping me updated by phone on timing and assuring me a technician would be out despite the other emergencies they had during this winter storm. And then again, after the storm when our shower was leaking aggressively due to an unrelated issue, i was put on a cancellation list and a technician was able to come out, same day, again. The leak was fixed, and I learned that Gilman could quote me a new shower install which I said we were looking to do eventually (I had no idea Gilman did that kind of work). Thanks for the fix and the information, Chris!

I’m a long time customer who continues to be impressed with the level of expertise and customer service provided whether HVAC or plumbing-related. And next week, I’m getting an electrical quote. Truly a one-stop service shop!

I had a new kitchen sink installed by Pete and David. I am extremely happy with the work they did. They did a thorough job and double checked things to make sure they were working right. If I ever need my bathroom sink replaced I will call on them for the job.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and your team for the outstanding service you’ve consistently provided. On February 5, 2026, Christopher (Chris) Doggett and his assistant, Harry, came to replace the failed hot water heater. Chris demonstrated exceptional attention to detail… ensuring not only that the new system was properly installed, but also that all piping was correctly seated, leak-free, and functioning as intended.

He went above and beyond throughout even when I was trying to determine why the previous unit leaked onto the floor below despite having a drain pan. I was able to identify the issue and Chris implemented measures to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, the installation included a heavy-duty brass emergency shut-off valve, which I greatly appreciate.

Through the combined efforts of Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Chris and Harry, the floor below was inspected, the damaged section of sheetrock was removed to confirm there was no further damage, and all drainage was verified to be properly sealed. The ceiling repair completed by Mr. Osborn was excellent as well.

I am truly impressed with the level of detail, professionalism, and care shown throughout this process. My concerns were not only heard but fully addressed. Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, I cannot thank you enough for ensuring everything was handled so thoroughly.

Great experience from start to finish! Chris and the team did an excellent job installing our 50-gallon electric water heater system. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The work was completed within the appropriate time frame, and everything was done cleanly and efficiently. Top notch service all around. Troy was a great technician who was prompt and courteous, he was able to diagnose my furnace issue and find the parts locally to get installed same day. He gave me maintenance tips for other parts of my system and answered my questions thoroughly while easily understandable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys it. He was honest and up front about pricing other options without being a pushy salesman. Their dispatch team had good communication with me about my appointment and were able to get me serviced sooner than expected. It was also a plus to have text message updates for when the technician would be arriving including photo and rating.

I requested emergency service on a weekend for the loss of heat. Technician arrived as scheduled, was professional and thorough. He identified the problem quickly and made the appropriate repairs. I am very pleased with the service.

Green Air does a great job and is easy to work with. They make scheduling easy and are consistent in their work. I highly recommend them.

Green Air was so wonderful in taking care of our AC issue in the middle of the summer heat. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Matt. He was very patient with my husband's questions and provided the best options for repair or replacement and scheduling. My elderly mother was visiting when Green Air arrived (on time!) as scheduled and said that in all her years she has never had an experience with a contractor/service tech that was as professional and polite as Matt. Green Air installed our heat pump HVAC system 12 years ago and has maintained it ever since. They also look after our solar hot water. They are timely knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend them especially if you’re interested in sustainability.

We had a maintenance agreement with another company when they came out they literally spent 15 min doing a PM service and then tried to sell me a new system. They didn't even flush the outside of the unit. I called Green Air and they spent over 1 hour cleaning and servicing our system the way it should have been done to begin with. The Techs were great and explained everything - no reason to replace my system at this time it is working so much better now that they serviced it. I highly recommend them!

The tech (Javille) arrived when he said he would be there. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. After the service he explained all the results and thanked us.
