They came out and gave an estimate that was outrageous. I called another repairman and got a second opinion and had him do the repairs for about one half of Pritichard and Fallin;s amount. They sent me a bill for $152.45 for the estimate . I would not do business with these people again.

The original installation of our 2 heat pumps was outstanding in a house originally built in the 1940's. Even though home had no provision for ducts, Pritchard & Fallin succeeded in routing them throughout the house. We have only had to contact them for service on a few occasions, and they were quick to respond and resolved the issues in short order. If you are in the market for heating and/or air conditioning solutions, contact Pritchard & Fallin - they are the best in the HVAC business!
